He always explains what needs to be done in order to take care of the issue in the best manner with an obvious concern for what is best and the finances involved. Again, Simon to the rescue. We had a leak in our kitchen and water was running out from under the island. Called Simon and he arrived within 20 minutes and took care of everything including bringing a restoration company in plus a water detective and finding and fixing the leak. He did everything to help us get the repairs we needed with excellent advice. He is the best and very smart.

Highly satisfied. They called and confirmed the day before the appointment, the day of, and then to let me know when the tech was planning on arriving. The tech himself called when he was on his way.
