Not only were the initial services repaired incorrectly but once I was finally able to locate the correct company, Diamondback Plumbing, and reach out to advise, they seemed helpful at first however, decided they were going to charge me over $400 to go back and fix something they screwed up on. Now the low life piece of garbage manager Steve I believe is refusing to right the wrong and refusing to provide the business insurance information and is now attempting to charge me for services that were not rendered. Make your life easier and just find another company.

From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. I called Second Opinion Plumbing late evening and they came out the next morning first thing. Their response time was incredible and they fixed the problem within a couple hours. Our main line was blocked up and they cleared it and showed us what the issue was and how to prevent it in the future. Great work and highly recommend them.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
