I called late in the morning on Christmas Eve, expecting to be gouged with holiday charges, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me a trip fee at all and sent a lovely girl, Alayna, who provided us with outstanding service and fixed the problem quickly. Unlike the last company that came out for the same issue a year ago and charged us $450!!!!!!! we were charged just $150 for the same repair and it was done right! It is refreshing to use a company that is honest and fair. I will always use them (Alayna) in the future!

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Having 70 year old drain lines that were in terrible/critical condition, they came out and in the course of a week repaired them all. From pipe bursting the exterior main line to relining the interior line, all with minimal inconvenience. No concrete cutting, no flooring repairs and only minor landscape work needed, and able to use our facilities throughout the entire process.From the start with Brandon going over the free camera footage video, to the 2 Raul’s doing a fabulous job, to the owner Mark calling us on working with our line service warranty to get it covered for reimbursement, the whole staff were on point. Sunstate is fabulous! They offer estimates without making you pay a ridiculous service fee. Ron was so helpful and knowledgeable and spent a significant amount of time answering all my questions. I highly recommend Sunstate and will be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

I did not interact with Chas Roberts directly but I bought a new home in which they were the AC installation contractor. The system is a couple of years old and has a small leak resulting in the loss of freon. Upon inspection of the workmanship of the system, I can say the quality of work they performed was simply cringe-worthy. It is clear they are not focused with doing the job well or with any regard to quality. They are concerned with doing the job as quickly and as cheaply as possible so that in a couple years, when their work inevitably begins to deteriorate and break down, they can come fix and replace their original mess of a job while billing you every step of the way.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. I love this hardworking family they are fair honest & DEPENDABLE. More than I can say about the rest of the plumbing companies around.
