Best Sink Installations in Phoenix AZ

I have used Diamondback Plumbing several times over the last 14 years for my business and until this last experience have been happy with their employees and work. Just over 5 months ago I had to replace my commercial water heater. Diamondback Plumbing installed a new commercial grade water heater for just over $4700.00, but 2 days after installation the heater started to tilt so they came back out and with a little help from a hammer or wrench the water heater was sitting upright on the base( holes were made in the base for the legs to stick through, and there was dents on the side of the heater. I was assured that this would be ok and if not, I had a warranty. So last weekend March 23rd, 2019 the water heater started to leak, I called Diamondback and they sent someone out on Tuesday and told me that the tank did have leaks and that it would be replaced under warranty. Good news I thought, but after few heated telephone conversations going back and forth trying to find out when new heater will be installed. Apparently they were fighting with the manufacture, they hadn’t installed a commercial grade water heater back in October, they finally installed new heater on Friday. Saturday morning, I noticed that the hot water connector was leaking so again I had the pleasure of a telephone conversation with a representative from Diamondback Plumbing telling me that they would come out and fix the leak with new connectors but at a cost to me. I was taken back by this as I would have thought when they installed the heater on Friday, they would have replaced the connectors just like they did when they initially installed the heater 5 months ago. After several minutes of discussion, I reluctantly agreed just to pay for the parts ($78) and Diamondback Plumbing wouldn’t charge any labor. Well on completion of replacing the connect the invoice was presented with labor charge of $90 of course I was angry and confused just a couple of hours earlier we had agreed on no labor charge. The technician gave me some story that he had been to my business 3 time for this job will no pay and he had to go to north Phoenix to pick up the part which I thought should be standard on his truck.If Diamondback Plumbing had done the job right in the first place, then these return visits/issues/stress would not have happened.Very poor customer service with Diamondback Plumbing

Received a text and a phone call one hour from expected arrival during the appointment window so I didn’t have to be tied to my house the whole time. Our technician was courteous and knowledgeable and helped us with all of our needs.

We had an incredible experience using Parker & Sons, specifically with the Electrician Alex. Alex showed up on time, was communicative, and very knowledgeable. We needed new wiring and he was very helpful with our questions and did an incredible job. We will be using Parker & Sons and Alex again for future jobs. 10/10 experience.

City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

Blue Plumbing, LLC is my go-to Plumber from here on out. I am very, very, pleased with their work! They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Recently, while having some foundation work done on my house, a gas line that had been installed without a permit (not to code) was damaged. Southwest Gas came and disconnected the line and I was informed that it could not be repaired because of the code violation. It had to be completely replaced. The estimate I received from Blue Plumbing was reasonable given the work needed. I obtained a permit from the city and work began. They were absolute sticklers for making sure that the installation was done properly so there would be no issues when the city came for the inspection. I particularly appreciate that the installation was done in a manner that accommodated the quirks of my old house. They installed a sleeve under my perimeter wall so the pipe could pass through. A tracer wire was placed from the meter to where the pipe enters the kitchen (allows for utility detection since the gas pipe is plastic). At the end, after a layer of dirt was put into the trench, yellow caution tape was laid for the length of the trench as a precaution for future digging, and then the rest of the trench was filled in. When a portion of my water line had to be removed temporarily to allow the gas pipe to be laid, the work done to reinstall the copper pipe was far superior to the work done for the original water line installation. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up, hosed down the driveway and the porch and smoothed out the dirt. Everything was left in order.The only real snags with this project did not apply to Blue Plumbing and involved the city inspector not making it on the scheduled day, and waiting on the phone for an hour with Southwest Gas to schedule the reconnection. If you need gas or water plumbing work done, I highly recommend this company.

I was struggling with severe low pressure throughout my house due to the malfunctioning PRV, and Aqua Pro Plumbing Co technician was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process, and he made sure that my issue was completely resolved before leaving my house. I was highly impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.

I am a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex in mesa and use these guys for all of my boiler services and other plumbing needs. They're very professional do good work and show up when they're scheduled. Would recommend them to any of my colleagues

Late Saturday afternoon... sound of water gushing from the laundry room led to considerable mop-up, then to a number of phone calls. Not an especially good time to have a drain clog... I left a few messages on after-hours VM's and received a call back from Dan. He was very understanding of our situation and was honest about the scheduling, we had a service tech at our house shortly after 7AM the next morning. We also received a call to let us know the tech was on his way. Our service tech Parker, was a great representation of the company... he was polite, efficient, and had us back online in less than an hour.
