Outstanding. Came out in an emergency, late in the day. Worked on a difficult fix it, lots of manual labor. But he got it done that night. Kept us updated on what he was encountering and explaining everything. We will definitely call DiamondBack Plumbing in the future.

Travis was great. He was on time, professional in every sense of the word, friendly and a great plumber. We have used Accent plumbing for years and they have always exceeded our expectations and Travis was no different.

Very responsive and professional. I had him installed a pot filler and did great. The spaces he worked at was kept clean and he put on shoe booties for me because I needed to keep my studio mats clean. Thank you, will definitely hire him again for my next plumbing projects and definitely refer him.

Fast service. They came the next day to change out my RO water filter. The tech explained everything and even did a courtesy water softener check. I’ve always had good experiences with this company and all the techs they send out.

We used Option one plumbing for 8 years and very happy with the service. Although prices increased in the past couple of years it is still reasonable compared to the other companies.

They usually send the technician the same day but charge a little more if it is a weekend.

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.

I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.

Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.
