They even tackled an impromptu request on a second septic system on the property without hesitation. They were ever so careful in maneuvering the equipment to minimize disturbance to landscaping. When they left, they replaced the rock/stone landscape and made it look like nothing happened. Suddenly a very unpleasant situation became very pleasant thanks to the team at A-Z. I would absolutely recommend A-Z Septic Pumping and most certainly will call upon them again for future needs.

Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

Everyone at Paradise is fantastic...helped us through a very nervous time when we were selling our house. They were thoughtful, kind, responsible, and available from the first phone calls to the last bit of landscape that was put back in to place. I had heard horror stories of what a septic review can do to a precisely manicured landscape. The team that dug and the team that cleaned were excellent. The other company I called told me that they would have to cut an ironwood tree in half and dig at least a 10 ft wide hole with a large bobcat. Paradise came in with a small bobcat and did a perfect job. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. EVER.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

Robbie and john from Belsito plumbing were AWESOME!!! They put in a new septic system at my Nana’s house and were top notch all the way. They walked us through each step and worked like crazy to get our house back to normal. Robbie even gave us a map of how it was laid out so we would know for future reference. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, being so courteous, and kind. They are professionals at what they do. We will use Belsito plumbing going forward because of them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Before calling Reddi Services I'd had 7 repair technicians come out to look at my furnace as it was not working correctly and would intermittently shut down so the problem was a more complicated fix. Each of the other companies that came out either sold me a solution that didn't fix the issue or they tried to upsell me an entirely new system. They didn't spend much more than 15-20 minutes looking at my furnace before telling me it's just old and needs to be replaced they said I needed a whole new system costing 10k+.

I didn't have a good feeling about any of them and in fact several of them made me extremely uncomfortable.

Then Mattox arrived with Reddi Services. I instantly felt at ease with him. I felt he was genuinely trying to find the problem so he could fix my furnace. Mattox was respectful, polite, good natured, honest, well-mannered and a straight shooter. He spent a good 1.5 hours diagnosing my furnace issue. He wanted to be certain to find the real problem and not make random guesses. He went out of his way to access the right tools to do a proper diagnostic. Once he was certain of the issue, he offered to fix it right then but stated that he needed to pick the part up from his office. He stepped out and returned and fixed the issue. Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
