Thank you, Moon Valley, your guy Alex is first class. Alex is a rare breed, very professional, detailed & knowledgeable. Our sewer line was backed up, nothing was draining in the house including the toilets…a critical stoppage! Moon Valley rolled up and handled the problem like a champ. I’ve dealt with other companies before, but this experience was a cut above the rest, thank you Moon Valley, great customer service, give Alex and big raise.

Easy to make appointment, was on time, Daniel was real easy to communicate with, and completed the job just as he said he would.

Tyler Tharp was incredibly helpful and it seemed very important to everybody involved that not only the issue got fixed, but that we as the customers understood what was going on. Would definitely hire these guys again.

I have found working with Lindsey and Christian to be a pleasure. I had them out to scope my house to ensure no issues. I've also referred them to numerous clients with amazing results. The turn-around time and method of doing trench less work saves time, money, headache, and creates a better end result!

We were having issues with our lights flickering in 4 of our rooms in our home. I called George Brazil, and they sent someone out a day later. Gabriel came to the door, introduced himself, and after doing so, asked where I would like him to stop and put on his booties. Which floored me because a lot of service people don't care about things like that. With 4 kids who has time to worry about booties...lol.. I also looked outside and he even put down his own doormat, that was pretty nice, not necessary, but very polite, again no other company has done this before. Gabriel was very polite, and professional. He worked very hard on trying to fix the issue but unless he climbed up in my attic there was nothing more they could do. Having just paid our bills put me on a limit of course, but he did leave reassuring me that I don't have to worry about any fires that I thought was possible. It's an inconvenience to still have the flickering lights, but at least with the work he did do by changing out old stuff for new stuff and making sure it was done correctly, I felt confident when he left. We will be calling them again. I liked how professional Gabriel was, how he left me feeling confident that my family was safe, and the time he took to look at everything he could, to help fix the issue. He also explained in detail what things I needed to get get done soon in our home, to keep it updated and safe. Not once did I feel pressured to buy or do anything. I would recommend them definitely.

Very nice individual who was knowledgeable about the situation. Helped get our broken faucet out and installed a new one. Was able to work us into the schedule last minute and solve the problem.

Very good experience. The technician called me beforehand to ensure I was home. I also got a text from the company with a photo of the tech and a short personal note about the tech. Sean completed the inspection in the time indicated, showed me a video of my equipment and what is needed and gave me different options with estimated costs. This was a very efficient and informative appointment.

We contacted our home warranty company on Saturday, May 28, 2016 when our water heater began to leak...they sent Don from Water Heaters Only from the Phoenix location. He had to replace the old water heater with a new one and completed the job quickly making sure we were completely satisfied before hauling off the old one and cleaning up the room before leaving. Thanks, Don, for the quick response and great service!

Travis was very professional and prompt. His estimate was fair and spot on. He and his crew fixed my drainage problem ahead of schedule! A real lifesaver!

Sorry but I don't remember the name of my service representative and it was not on my receipt. However, the gentleman who performed the service was very professional and courteous. He came in did what he came to do and did not leave a mess behind. I would highly recommend your service to anyone.

I was impressed with the customer care staff when I called to set up the appointment and when I called back to make a small request. Most of all I was very impressed with the skill of the technician who came to do the work. After serving both units he told me exactly what needed to be done on my systems and that’s what I wanted to know.

Service man arrived on time and was polite enough, however, he was pushy about trying to sell me an AC unit even when I said multiple times I was going to do some research first. He also quoted me approx $1200 to repair it if I would rather do that. I had another company come out, and as I expected, my AC only needed a new capacitor. Cost $130 versus the $1200 I was quoted or the $7700 new unit ACE tried pressuring me into buying.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
