The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We could tell he was an honest person at the time and it rang true. That is a hard quality to come by these days. Jerry showed true professionalism in his work. He also figured out, very quickly, what the cause of our leaking pipe was and will also correct that issue. I was extremely impressed with this company. More specifically their technician "Nash" I delt with. The dispatcher was prompt and curtious. Then Nash spent time on the phone with me before coming out to the call to make sure he fully understood the situation and properly advised even before coming out. Upon arrival Nash was knowledgable, professional, efficient and made me comfortable that he was out for my best interest. I will ask for him specifficall and now only use this company for plumbing issues I can not myself fix. If he is a representation of the quality of technicians here I highly recommend this company to anyone!

We had 2 Plumbing Technicians, Isiaac and Lucas. They were professional, knowledgeable and quickly formulated plan to diagnose and repair a slab leak. I highly recommend this team and Parker & Sons for any major plumbing repair. They also installed a new water heater flawlessly.

Franz was excellent. Was honest, timely, and did a wonderful job. I would use Aussie Plumber again.

We called in the morning to schedule installation. By 3:00 pm the job was completed! Vance installed the new water heater & hauled away the old one. He answered all our questions & offered good advice on care & maintenance. And he is a really nice guy!

Well I've used both Cobra's... _ with all due respect ... The 'Morman Cobra' wins hands down...God bless the owner and his help, even thou I'm not sure what they believe in...

Nu Flow lined and repaired my main pipes. All technicians were in house, no outside contractors. They were all knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. They explained what they were going to do and did it. My pipes are like new. The support staff were all courteous, and to the point. I couldn't be happier. Nu Flow did an excellent job.

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
