He quickly responded to our request, came out the next morning, arrived before our appointment (gasp, a plumber who doesn’t arrive late!) and was able to finish the job in less time than was estimated (double gasp). We were so impressed, we are asking Aussie plumbing to fix out shower and bathroom sink fixtures.

I hired Cobra to replace two faucets in my master bath. Josh was great on the phone to set up an appointment and gave me a very reasonable cost range - to be firmed up once they got there to see the details of what it would require. They sent out Richard and he couldn't have been better to work with. We hit a a very significant snag and honestly Richard would have been justified in passing at that point leaving it for me to hire additional services to sort out. He didn't though. Instead he figured out a work around which wasn't easy at all for him, but grunted it out and got it done. I paid the extra time required gladly. Well done!

Mason was awesome. He came in and within 30 mins he was in and out. Toilet works just fine now. Will be using again should the need arise!

Hire this company, they are amazing. We had a diy failure and Kelly was able to come out and fix our leak. We called during the evening and Kelly showed up at 6am to fix our problem. I just almost got sideswiped on the on ramp for the freeway by one of the vans for this company. I was stopped at a YIELD waiting for the oncoming traffic, they tried to go around me in a single lane! I’m sure being prompt to job sites is important but I’m pretty sure going that far isn’t OSHA

I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything.
