Best Pressure Wash in Phoenix AZ

I do not know how this company has so many good reviews. They are terrible!! I have used them a couple times out of necessity and they have been awful! I called on Monday to schedule an appt for my kitchen sink that was falling down because it was an emergency. I explained the job in great detail to them and they said no problem and set appointment for Wednesday. Well they never showed up. I got a call at the end of the day to reschedule as they have had a rough day. I then gave the guy on the phone a brief description of my issue and then he proceeded to tell me they do not do that type of work.

Wyman Plumbing was extremely responsive to our plumbing issue. And best of all the final charge was way under the estimate!

Excellent service, very professional and polite

Simon Plumbing came out to our rental property, assessed the issue and came up with a plan to get a very tough drain issue figured out. Two other valley plumbers were not able to isolate the problem and left it unfixed. Simons group came out and spent time to understand the problem, identify the trouble areas, and come up with a timely solution to get us back up and running. The work was completed quickly and they were very good with communicating the fix and taking care of things. 10/10 would recommendn and we will be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Weekend replacement of leaking water heater. Big (75 gal) in a _really_ difficult place. Adam was great - wish that all the people we deal with were as helpful, courteous, professional. Will definitely use George Brazil again.

Called Paul about 10a and he was at my home by noon. He inspected the problem made some recommendations, then started the work. There was a lot of damage but he corrected several errors made by the previous plumber and instructed me in what I needed to do after he left. He finished the job in just a couple of hours and the charges were more than reasonable...from all he had to do I expected the bill to be much higher than it was.

All in all he did a great job, showed me what he was doing and explained why it needed to be done.

I would highly recommend Paul and American Discount Plumbing for any plumbing job and will certainly call him any time in the future if I have more plumbing issues.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step. They made sure everything was done properly and correctly, and gave me great tips to keep the best life of my new water heater. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Alejandro came to my rescue and peace if mind re:gas furnace. Hopefully the issue will stay fixed. He also educated me on the safety/protectors built into the system. And made me aware of a filter in my house that I wasn't aware of, apparently there are 6 filters to be changed not 5. I am so happy he took the time to explain system to me verbally and with pictures of my furnace. The heater shutting off even after annual inspection only meant something was still wrong. I moved in 10/2020 the heater did not work.fixed 05/2021 (covid I was told). Inspected 12/2021 ready to go ,no issues.Finding the right Dr helps w/ your illness and peace if mind if they explain details. Alejandro is my dr for my gas furnace/heater he explained the details and also took the time to tell me what to look for re: my cooling/heating system and when to call Chas Robert's.THANK YOU ALEJANDRO

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Very nice people. Came right away even in busy season. Did a great job for good price. And answered all communication.

Great! Tech was sure to understand the full situation before charging us unnecessarily to use the camera. Flexible with our schedule. Friendly and Great Communication from our first call to end of service. Will call again if another problem comes up. Thank you!

Nick is AWESOME! Professional, polite, communicates, and very knowledgeable!!

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.
