I have only had really positive experiences with this company. Even when there were some minor issues they went above and beyond to help get everything sorted out. I will definitely be using them in the future!

They were quite professional, found the problem, which of no fault of theirs, took several days to get fixed, but that was because it ended up being a sewer line that had to be dug up, so that had to be arranged with utility marking and all that first. They got the actual job done in a day and always answered every question we had through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Pricing was quite competitive with others and I believe we got better service than we would have with anyone else.

Anthony Limon is an asset to your company and deserves a raise. He's very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our clogged tub and gave me excellent advice on a septic tank maintenance that saved me a lot of money. Thank you Anthony for excellent customer service . We are remodeling our bathrooms and needed a plumber to run the new shower systems. Our contractor had Wyman come install one. They gave a quote without asking us, the homeowner, what type of system we purchased. Needless to say, they missed installing the handheld shower valve. I am not completely sure how this could happen since the instructions are very clear and specific. They scheduled another day to come back and complete the job. They are charging us by the hour, fine. I was told it should take about a half hour. The plumber they sent did not know where to put it despite pictures that were sent, and notes written on the wall. Thankfully, it was only a half hour charge. I understand they need to make money, however, they should have contacted us prior to giving a quote for a job. My invoice says, "install of a shower system provided by the customer." We will not be using them for the other shower system. We have another plumber coming out tomorrow to look at the job and give us a quote, which is what should have happened in the first place. This is not about the money, it's about the principle. As a business you made a mistake that you need to own. Not only am I frustrated, but this also put our remodel behind by two days.

My technician James did a terrific job. I was running behind because I was returning my wife from surgery and he completed the work and waited for me to return home. The care he demonstrated was heartfelt and I will always recommend James to all my friends and family.

Lance, Eric ,Saul, and Wyatt did a great job on the trenchless plumbing, and were very respectful of the property and us.

Smiley Plumbing, Walt, did a super job installing our new hot water heater. Walt is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very very professional. A true craftsman that is hard to find today. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

One thing that really stood out to us about Blue Drop Plumbing & Rooter was their pricing. We were expecting the repairs to be quite expensive, but the total cost ended up being under $275.00, which was very reasonable. We also appreciated the fact that they offer a 2-year warranty on their work, which gave us added peace of mind.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!
