I cannot say enough GREAT things about Belsito Plumbing. I had just bought my first home and made a big mistake and they were the only company in the valley that went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful for the not only the individuals that own this company but the individuals that work here. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and profession. After consulting 3 plumbing companies in Phoenix to find a solution for the problem I had with the toilet in my house I had enough.;Their attitudes were from rude to arrogant.As a final try I saw the ad saying help would be within 60 minutes. A very friendly lady answered and after I told her about the problem she said you are at the right place.One of our technicians will call you within the next 10 minutes about an appointment. Was I surprised that this actually came true. After viewing the toilet disaster, a very professional, knowledgeable young man, named Casey came up with a solution. A couple minutes later checking the prices for the necessary equipment, he offered me a very good estimate. It was not an easy job to do, but they did it perfectly to my great satisfaction. Especially Casey must be mentioned because he did not hesitate to even work at the weekend. THIS COMPANY I CAN RECOMMEND STRONGLY AND I THANK THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. THEY HAVE SHOWN ME AND CASEY DEMONSTRATET IT THAT THEY REALLY GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Another great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.  Tyler came out for our annual hot water heater flush and general maintenance check, everything went well, except our water pressure was showing a very low reading.  Not only did Tyler and Joe, touch base on how to resolve this with the City of Scottsdale, they came back and re-read the meter, as well as rechecked some additional factors that might have been causing the low pressure.  Tyler even offered to come back again to meet the City of Scottsdale rep.They found the source of the problem and blew out the pipe, clearing it out and our pressure was back to normal!  Both Tyler and Joe really went above and beyond as usual to make sure our experience was nothing but 100%!!!  No other business is comparable! Def recommend!!
