Trust worthy and reasonable

Paul was great to work with, he gives fair price and honest answers for repair options. His price was much lower than other big name quotes. The plumbing work was quality work. I highly recommend him and I will be using Paul for all my plumbing needs going forward.

My VIP service was done today by Trevor, his tune up and system check was much more than I expected, Trevor explained everything he was doing in detail, the additional recommendations and why these other services are needed. I have had many A/C system tune up on my units by other companies over the years, but not to the extent this was performed, and now can clearly see there is a difference in quality. Additionally from the first day I started doing business with this company 7/14/16, everyone has been exceptional. I have no reason to ever do business with any other company for my future A/C and plumbing needs.

They gave me a great quote and the work they did was phenomenal. You'd never even know they were there. They also left my house so clean and the process was much easier than I had anticipated. This company is exceptional! We had our main water line burst in our yard. This team worked tirelessly until they found solutions through many roadblocks. They have incredible work ethic. They are also kind and understanding. They always spoke to me and addressed me with respect. They also never once took advantage of our circumstances . They charged a very fair price for the amount of work they had to do to find and repair our line. I could not recommend them more. I will never use another company but them

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. FANTASTIC, VERY HONEST SERVICE!About a year ago, I purchase an on-roof air conditioner for my home through ACE Home Services, who provided a very fair price and did a superb job in the installation. Prior to selecting ACE, I did my homework in checking reviews and rating for a number of air conditioner providers since I had been burned by three of them in the past for poor service, high prices, and dishonest practices. The reviews of ACE Home Services for air conditioning were the best I saw, so I went with them and am so glad I did. Dan came to my home today in response to my request to have my nearly 1-year old air conditioner checked out. He was extremely knowledgable, showing me exactly what he was doing and why. Since I am on ACE's once yearly maintenance program, there was no cost for his servicing my air conditioning. Moreover, Dan was very polite and professional. When I call ACE for next year's service, I will certainly request Dan for maintenance. I would give 10 starts to him and ACE if I could. They are a diamond in the rough as far as air conditioning in the Phoenix area goes.

I had a water line leak which required turning off the water to our home at 8pm over the 4th of July weekend. I called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they were at our home by 9pm. The leak was repaired and our water back on before 9:30pm. Mr. Ken Peterson was the plumber who responded. He was prompt, polite and well versed in his trade. He is truly a fine man to work with. I will be using Mr Rooter Plumbing for all my needs in the future.

Mountain Ridge came out and properly fixed my shower drain after two unsuccessful repairs by my home warranty plumbing company. If I knew the quality of repairman the Warranty used I would have never purchased it and just kept a few good companies like Mountains Ridge in my contacts and saved the hassle.
