I had installed a level 2 EV charger at my home and I needed someone to come and make sure it was working okay. The guy that came was super nice. He told me I needed to change the breaker in the breaker box from a 50amp to a 40amp but everything else looked okay. I made the change and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my charger. The plug itself started overheating, the holder that the wiring and the plug was put into in the wall melted and started burning, the charger when it was plugged into the plug melted the plastic off and now the charger is basically unusable. I reached out to our builders electrician and he told me I shouldn’t have changed anything and I should go back to the original setup. Now I have to buy a new charger which is $700 and buy all new parts for the wall outlet.

Franz came and did the rough in plumbing to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower for a reasonable price with quality work. I also hired Aussie Plumbing back in Dec when they changed my shut off valves and box for my washer.



Update: We finally finished the shower and everything works and looks great.

Matthew came out to our home to fix clogging issues. He was very professional & didn’t take long at all. I appreciate him for walking me through everything he was doing (Even if it was just to step outside for a tool). Also may I note his courtesy was very appreciated. People who loves what they do seem to have a better work ethic and it showed as Matthew was presented with two additional sink problems he was unaware of upon arriving. I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

I had my usual friendly and professional experience with the George Brazil tech- Tom F.Tom was there to inspect my A/C system and did the job quickly, yet thoroughly. He answered my questions and offered some tips but never tried to up-sell any unwanted products or services. It was a typical service call from the fine technicians at G.B.

Woke up to a load popping noise this morning. We instantly thought it was a pipe busting and began researching what to do next. At about 9am I saw a bunch of water coming down the roof area flooding into the backyard. I called Tutko plumbing at around 9am and spoke with Al the owner, buy 10am AJ and Alex were here working on the roof. I am so pleased with their great service and happy to know that from now on Tutko Plumbing will be my first call for any of my plumbing needs. They came highly recommended by some moms in the moon valley area and we will highly recommend them as well.

American Discount plumbing arrived quickly was very professional and explained everything. The price was more than fair and would recommend them very highly. They are coming back next week to do some additional work. Best experience with a plumber I have ever had. Excellent!!

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.
