If you need new flooring you've got to go here. They have a large selection to look through. Doug and Andy will do everything they can to ensure customer service and satisfaction. I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

Not only Nick is very quick to respond to my request for having flooring done, but I believe his company offers some of the best tile flooring job the Valley has to offer. I can’t say enough amazing things about Victor and Mario and their team at PHX floors. I recently had them install a white tile backsplash in my kitchen. They were extremely helpful when choosing which subway tile would look best and was within my price range. They were quick, efficient, and got the job done in 2 days. They were very respectful of my living space and made sure that after they left day 1 my kitchen was still useable and clean. They even pushed my stove back in so I could use it. Overall, I’m so incredibly happy with the work that they did. I feel like I have a whole new kitchen. It makes me even want to cook....well kind of. ? Another reason I chose them is because they make me feel safe. As a female alone with my 5 year old son during the day I felt comfortable and they even went out of their way to include him in it. If you have a 5 year old boy you know their attraction to anything in the scope of building things or getting your hands dirty. My 5 year old kept asking them questions and they both went out of their way to answer ALL of his questions and even let him push down a tile or two. They really stole both of our hearts when they showed how truly kind and caring they are. They are truly trustworthy, honest, and do some beautiful work. Thank you PHX Floors.
