This is my third time using Valleywide plumbing and they never disappoint. The personnel are always very nice, knowledgeable, and honest.

I called GB on an emergency basis and the team arrived within an hour. I told the team that a fuse in the main electrical box was blown and needed to be replaced. The team did not start with the electrical box, but rather started with a diagnostic review, then went to the electrical box and determined that a fuse was blown. The team did not have the type/size fuse that was needed with them. They could only get the fuse if the supplier opened the store and one of their people brought the fuse out to my house. While waiting for the fuse to be brought out to the house, the GB team fixed two breakers in an electrical panel that were not properly installed. The GB team was knowledgeable and professional. The only quarrel I had with their service is that I think they should have had the required fuse with them and the fuse box should have been examined first. Although I agreed to pay extra for emergency service, I did not expect to pay over $900 to have a fuse replaced.

I consider Tutko an expert in all things plumbing - I have had them help me with a leaky faucet, a drainage/backup issue, and a water heater replacement. Each time they are extremely prompt and professional.

Paul is awesome! he came and ripped out an old shower tub for me and installed a new tub and bath fixtures. He was kind and respectful and did great work! I would highly recommend calling Paul

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. Hired Charity Plumbing to install a Moen water detection device. They were recommended by Moen. The plumber installed the device incorrectly. I know this because I sent a picture to Moen for verification. Also I questioned the charge for parts. He had to go get some pieces of copper pipe and fittings. I sent a picture of my piping, why wouldn’t he have common materials on his truck?
I have emailed once and called several times. No response.
I would not recommend this company for anything

Bryan dug and dug until he found our service line leak. He worked in a cramped space and well past dark to finish the job and restore service. Geatly appreciated the dedication!
