Best Kitchen Plumbing Leaking in Phoenix AZ

Omar came out as promised to investigate our plumbing leak. He was friendly and professional, quickly locating the source of the problem and recommended a restoration company for the water damage. That repair is now underway.

Expensive plumbers but they know what they are doing

We discovered a leak in our outside water service line Thursday evening. We called Service Line Warrantee company, with whom we have insurance coverage for this kind of thing. They selected a contractor who was supposed to call us on Friday to set up an appointment for no later than Monday. Having received no call, we called Service Line Saturday morning, not really expecting anything to happen over the weekend. They were extremely responsive and switched our job to a different contractor, Moon Valley plumbing. Literally within five minutes, I had received a text giving me a two hour window later on Saturday during which I should expect their technician. Five minutes after that I got a phone call to make sure I got the text. 15 minutes after that I got a call directly from the technician, Jerry Turner to talk about the problem and make sure he had what he needed for the job and to ask if it was OK to come over earlier than expected. I was thrilled that we would be able to get a diagnosis today and hoped that repair would be possible by Monday. Jerry checked everything out, got right on the phone with the insurance company, got authority to proceed immediately rather than having us wait and our water was back on within the hour. He was extremely pleasant and professional and instilled confidence that he really knew what he was doing. If we need more work through our home warranty coverage, we will be requesting this company and if we need something we don’t have coverage for, it is good to know of a local plumbing company that we can be comfortable calling ourselves.

Erik did such an amazing job of removing our natural gas line and capping it off as well as fixing a code violation on our water heater! Would definitely recommend!

Last year I hired Amigo to do all the new plumbing plus the new line to the sewer on a 1940's building that had been vacant for years. They did what they said they would do and even came back out to do video inside of the pipes to make sure we were all clear.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. Amazing service! We're in the process of completing moving our kitchen to what was our living room. Nick re-ran our water lines, main drain, installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposer. He was very helpful giving us time after running the new lines so we could get the new cabinet installed and came back same day to finish the install of the sink, faucet and disposer. We will definitely use Norfleet Plumbing in the future and would refer them to friends and family. :)

Chris is superb! We will definitely use Pink Plumbing & Sewer again when the need arises. They will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. My 80-year-old mother's water heater rusted out the bottom and water went everywhere. I live out of state, so I talked with Chris about replacing the unit for her. He gave me a price estimate over the phone which I appreciated since it saved time, and my mother didn't have to deal with someone coming out to her house to assess the problem. Chris was concerned about my mother not having hot water and sent out a technician (very knowledgeable and a super nice guy) right away to replace the water heater for her. It is one thing for me to be concerned about my 80-year-old mother, but for a total stranger to be concerned about her says a lot about their character. Thanks for caring, Chris!
