Derek Pendleton from Benjamin Franklin/Brewer Companies came out to check all areas that are under warranty before out of warranty. He found that I needed the Anode Rod replaced in the hot water tank as it was deteriorating after only two years. I didn’t know that was normal. He tested my water inside and outside of my house, checked all sinks, toilets, shower, bathtub and water faucets inside and out including the washer/dryer hoses. Drained my water heater to drain out dirt and I was floored by how much dirt drained out. ? He explained since my warranty was about to expire on certain things their plans that I could choose from for further services down the road to keep everything running smooth. For me it’s easier to pay monthly rather that all at once for the repairs I might need. I chose the Deluxe plan as I get a free Anode Rod replacement and I’m certain I will need one every time. So it made sense to me to chose that plan. I also appreciate that one offers a free water testing. That is important to me as well. Derek was so polite and has such a great personality I found visiting with him a pleasure as he explained what he checked and even showed me where to shut my water off at in various locations. I had just gone through a flood in my kitchen and couldn’t remember where to shut my water off. ? Repairs just were finished this week. I will use Benjamin Franklin and call on Derek when I need something. Great service! Thank you!

The day before we were moving into our new house we found out our gas pipes were leaking. After a week of people looking but not fixing the issue, we called Deer Valley Plumbing. Joe diagnosed the issue right away, removed all the old leaking pipes, and replaced the ones that needed replacing. Thank you! We now know who we'll be calling for any future issues.

Mark came to my house since there was a problem with my outside yard toilet. He thoroughly looked at the issue, told me and my mom what the problem was, and how to repair it. The problem was for the sump and pump system that had root problem. Mark gave us 3-4 options to choose from. That point we were already very satisfied with Anthony's Plumbing because we had two other plumbing companies that came out to give us an estimate which was only 1 option and they wanted to charge 2-3 times more than what Mark wanted to charge for the work. Mark came with his crew (Jeremiah and Will) and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. Mark and his crew were always professional and performed excellent repair work. The pump they recommended turned out to be very efficient and cost friendly. The toilet and outdoor sewer system works well now. I would recommend Anthony's Plumbing for being professional, providing quality work and also to the office staff for letting me know the schedule. Thank you!

Tony Schuett was very professional in his repair service to us. He was careful to avoid tracking over our newly installed hardwood floor. He put on foot covers and laid out a rug outside the front door to wipe his feet on. The water leak on our refrigerator ice maker supply line was repaired professionally with a positive shut off valve he installed which was not there in the first place. The repair cost was acceptable considering this was done on a Sunday afternoon. I would certainly recommend Tony for anyone elses repair and would request his services for any future repairs.
