I am a recently single mother who always had things taken care of around the house especially when it came to plumbing.  I was really nervous in looking for Plumbing company, I don’t know the proper terms other than I am not getting any hot water. I called another company and they asked questions which I could not answer and made to feel stupid for not knowing. I was actually upset at one company that I expressed to them “I have no idea what you are asking me”! Needless to say I didn’t go with them.  When I contacted George Brazil, the first person who answered was a friendly gentleman who set the appointment up.  The next call I received was to let me know a tech/plumber was on his way to check things out for me. Shortly after a plumber by the name of Zach was there to assess the water heater and why I was not getting hot water.  My household had been without hot water for two days and Zach took his time to explain why that was happening in terms I could understand. Zach made it easy for me to give the go ahead without second guessing my decision. I had hot water within the hour!  If you want professional, friendly service I strongly recommend George Brazil. Woke up to a load popping noise this morning. We instantly thought it was a pipe busting and began researching what to do next. At about 9am I saw a bunch of water coming down the roof area flooding into the backyard. I called Tutko plumbing at around 9am and spoke with Al the owner, buy 10am AJ and Alex were here working on the roof. I am so pleased with their great service and happy to know that from now on Tutko Plumbing will be my first call for any of my plumbing needs. They came highly recommended by some moms in the moon valley area and we will highly recommend them as well.

Paul at American Discount Plumbing is very knowledgeable and reliable. He came out to our house right away to check out our hot water heater that was leaking. He quoted us a great price (compared to another large plumbing company) on both the parts and installation for a tankless water heater and also a whole house water treatment system. He was very pleasant to work with and always showed up or called when he said he would and was careful to make sure the job was done right. We ended up having him also replace a 2nd water heater in our RV garage as a preventative measure. The tank would not flush as there was too much sediment build up from not flushing on a yearly basis. My mom also had her hot water heater replaced by Paul and he installed and plumbed her BBQ island sink. She was very pleased with his work also. We definitely recommend Paul and American Discount Plumbing.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
