This isn’t a good company to do business with. They drag there feet doing work, my family and I would wait weeks for them to fix the smallest things. They were referred by our Homeowners insurance agent, I wish I never did any business with them.
Please save yourself a headache and hire another company. The worst part is our home still isn’t finished and the decided to file a judgment against us.

Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to fix a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Kenny and his team did a great job on a water damage restoration project at our house. Essentially our entire floor needed to be retiled after a major plumbing pipe issue. He got started almost immediately, was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very easy to work with. I also greatly appreciated the attention to detail. The finished product looks perfect, and we are very happy with our experience with Acuity Builders.

You cannot go wrong with ATHR. They came in the middle of the night to clean up the initial mess. Worked until 2:00 p.m. in the morning. As a first time flood experience I would say mine sucked. 40 days in a new home and the in home fire suppression system blew up on one sprinkler head. Not sure what to do I called Thomas Restoration. They showed up and were top notch across the board. We were in a bit of shock having just gotten settled and with a child with disabilities settled is rough. I was hesitant if it was all real being so good and got an off hours call from owner Zach who offered alot of his time in that call to reassure me they are real, they know what they are doing and they want to make sure people are treated fair.
He was correct. They were across the board great. Friendly, business focused, showing evidence of everything needing to be done, answering questions of things that I had no knowledge of.
Patient through the process and patient with my family and my dog. All of us who were adjusting to our new flooded home and new life in temp hotel.
