I have interviewed 3 other plumbing companies before deciding on Wyman Plumbing. Doug and his staff are honest, pleasant, professional, fair and every other quality you would look for in a contractor as a home owner. Doug did not waste my time by going into a sales pitch like the others did. He listened to my needs and investigated for about 10 mins to come up with a game plan, sent me an electronic estimate to my email. To complete the work, he showed up on time and made sure ALL of my wishes were cared for and went into great detail explaining the details about the water softener and the pressure reducing valve he installed for me and family. Doug and his company are simply excellent and they are my plumbers for life. Ty very much Doug !!!

Wyman Plumbing continues to impress me. I recently had an RO system installation. From the office personnel (Nikki and Tamra) to the installation crew, they are a joy to work with. TY guys for continuing to take great care of us.

I really appreciated talking to a live person when I called to get the repair information on my Split AC unit. And not only did I get to talk to a real person, they were also very friendly!Robert was was our tech and I can't say enough about his very professional service, and he also was super friendly!I wish more companies would conduct themselves with this great quality of customer service!

The man who came to do the repair was so respectful and nice. He completed the work efficiently and timely. He answered my questions and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.

We hired Plumbers of Maricopa after having 6 other plumbers out to our home. The exact root cause of our issue was unknown and required camera scoping and eventually excavation. This is not something any homeowner wants to have to do. Not only can it be expensive, but it's inconvenient and extremely destructive to the inside of someone's home. Talk about stressful too. We called Chris after seeing five star reviews online. Prior to calling him, we felt all of the options we were given were extreme and unnecessary. Chris took the time to not only view the camera footage we had from the previous plumbers, but also talk through a variety of options to solve our problem. Chris is professional and responsive and kind. Greg, one of his top plumbers, led the project and work very hard. They respected our property and home and Kept the work site as clean as possible. Greg and Chris both kept us in the loop and would let us know when there was a change in plans or something new had been uncovered. Christian and Dan did a great job. Even gavee a text to see if they could come earlier which I was happy about. They got their job done and we're even very friendly with my 4-year -old daughter who kept trying to go over and talk to them.

MISTING SYSTEM INSTALL AND MAINTENANCE. KYLE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SYSTEMS; TROUBLE SHOOTS QUICKLY AND EASILY AND INSTALL WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY ON A 14,000 SQUARE FOOT HOME. PERFECT.

I can't street enough how amazing my team members at Charity Plumbing are. We are currently slowly growing into a bigger company from a few yrs b4 I was an employee. As I learn I am impressed by my coworkers' knowledge of the craft. I learn something new everyday. And I have been a client in a way. When I first moved to my apt my coworker Tyler helped with a clog that had been an issue for a month. I hadn't had much experience at the time and when he came to my place my landlord told him the he tried to unclog it and he also said that Tyler would need a longer cable to reach the clog. Well Tyler let him know that he's experienced enough for my landlord not to worry and that he would just give it a look and do the very best he can and if he felt it needed a bigger cable he would then use an auger with a longer cable. Well he unclogged the toilet and it's been working well since. That is my experience as a client/customer with this company. It gave me a perspective from a client to standpoint on the type of service I clients get here and the type of service I was going to be giving clients also as an employee.

I really liked the follow up texts and responsiveness to drop what they had because of a rainy day and do our replacement on the same day. Wow. We weren’t ready then but when we were they were very punctual and text me their arrival time for confirmation. During all this Covid illness they were willing to come to our water heater rescue. The water is HOT finally and I’m so happy. Multiple showers and dishwasher going at the same time no problem now.Thanks guys!
I called them back for more plumbing services and again I had an excellent experience. I will be calling them for the next home improvement too, a water softener.
The water heater is still on the list but our sink started leaking all over the counter. We called Zippity again to replace it. They had scheduling issues this time and had to arrive the next day. Working from home made that possible. The new sink is great! Thanks again Zippity!

Ron S actually unclogged the main sewer 17 months ago so I called him back when it backed up. not only did he unclog it. He diagnosed the problem of the main drain slumping in the space under the house with his camera, allowing thing to set in the main. this has been going on for 15 years and could never figure it out. Good Job Ron S. Reasonable too.

Day & Night AC installed AC & heating units for my sister’s new home. Company was very professional and all employees we encountered had excellent customer service skills. Installation crew worked efficiently as a team, answered questions willingly and politely, were very careful, covered floors with tarps, and were simply outstanding in all aspects. Company provided photo and text in advance about tech who would be calling to complete final inspection. Unbelievably good service. This was truly an impressive experience. They get our highest recommendation!
