Overall technician was helpful and timely with his help. Only real feedback is cost- no real parts were used and labor took under one hour and yet bill was 500.00. Seems a bit high for such quick work and no parts other than a small drain piece of 20 dollars or so.

The technician spent an hour and a half on a very hot roof. Was very thorough. Thanks Michael,. And you can't beat the cost 49.95 I was pleasantly surprised. The temp that day was 115 and all AC businesses were very busy that day but they still were able to come out in just 2 hours.

Justin came out and cleaned shower pipe, he was very professional and explained how to prevent build up in pipes. Would highly recommend Justin for any repair.

We started using Penguin Air in 2019 for a HVAC repair after a bad experience with a home warranty affiliated service company. It’s so nice to have a company you can trust, shows up when they are scheduled and performs the work with honesty and integrity! Penguin does HVAC, plumbing and electrical and its great to have a single source for all three services. Because I’m a homeowner who likes to keep all systems maintained with regular maintenance, I purchased the Penguin plan which provides prepayment plan for the maintenance appointments and a 10% discount on any parts needed if a repair is required. We’ve had several different techs over the last year and half and each one has been polite, knowledgeable and performed the service efficiently. I have very high standards, which means hiring a contractor leads to many disappointments, but this has not been the case with Penguin Air. If you are looking for a solution for service to your HVAC, plumbing or electrical needs, they ARE THE ONES TO CALL. I rarely get such service that prompts me to leave positive reviews, however in their case, they deserve a 5 star rating and a 10 out of 10 from me!

Donley has been servicing our AC’s for many years. After our semiannual checkup, a wine cooling unit stopped working. They came over the weekend to discover it needed a new part. The store didn’t open for several days. Donley had the store open at 9pm on a Saturday to get the part. Tony, the service technician, spent many hours in the middle of the night fixing the AC. They didn’t charge us anything.
There is simply no better AC service company in Phoenix. There isn’t a better service company of any type in Phoenix. I couldn’t recommend a company more than Donley.

I contacted Chas Roberts about a failed thermostat. The unit is still under warranty and I was told there would be a $85 trip charge. But since the part was initial installed by Chas Roberts and under warranty I agreed to pay for the trip. When the technician arrived he told me the thermostat was bad and even though the part is warrantied I would have to pay $250 for the service !! So Chas Roberts is charging me $335 for service on a unit I could order from Amazon for $122. Very deceptive sales practice especially considering they installed the original equipment that went bad under warranty.

Day and Night sold and installed our new roof top Heat Pump in Scottsdale AZ. They are an excellent company to deal with.From the sales person, Brian, to the install person, Kevin, to the post install person, Ronnie, all employees are knowledgeable and easy to deal with.Brian did not try to oversell us on the unit that we needed.Our install was a little more difficult, but Kevin made it look so easy. Prior to the install, Day and Night had taken all of the necessary measurements, so that they could fabricate the needed duct work.Kevin and his partner did an excellent job on the install. I was really impressed that Day and Night had arranged to have our old roof top unit removed from our house within 1 hour of it having been taken down off our roof!About 10 days after the install, Day and Night then sent Ronnie out to check to insure that the unit was operating correctly. At the same time, the sales rep, Brian, also came out to insure that the unit was operating correctly.I would highly recommend Day and Night for your heating and cooling needs in the Phoenix Area.

My tenants called to tell me the ac in front of the house wasn’t working and it was 93* inside. I immediately called ACE they came out and recommended I replace the 24 yr old unit with New York unit. The next day they installed the new unit. They were very knowledgeable and professional every step of the way.
