I think that this review of a general contractor is a bit unusual as I don't have a single complaint or issue. It isn't easy to find a general contractor and we hit the jackpot when we went with Ray Ouellette General Contracting. They did a major transformation in my kitchen and brought my master bath into the 21st century! They were on site when they said they would be and kept to the promised schedule. My central unit gave up so called Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company they replaced the unit and also the furnace.

Excellent customer service! We called George to install our Nest Thermostat and service the HVAC and clean the coils for summer. After he was done, the air coming out of the vents cooled to 49 degrees with 78 degrees going in. We tried one of the “Well known” service companies that advertise on TV and radio and never got the results George did (at 1/2 the price!!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 Stars!!

I was told by an AC company, sent out by my home warranty, that my evaporator coils needed to be cleaned. (Although he never laid his eyes on them). I contacted B3 refrigeration to conduct the cleaning. Zeke came out, looked at the coils, and provided honest feedback (not that dirty at all). He cleaned them quickly and thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and was friendly. Great customer service at an great price. Thank you B3 Refrigeration.

never responds or sends updates. says he will be there at a certain time and never shows up. have been without air for a week in 100+ degree heat. if i could give zero stars i would, do not recommend!!

Track is a great company that came and check my AC unit. Ben the AC tech came and was able to explain what he was doing and answer my questions with knowledge and was very professional. I will recommend this company and use them for my AC again.
