We need our valve replaced under our sink in order for HomeDepot to install our new dishwasher (they refused to install until this was replaced). Sent a request for service on a Sunday, was contacted to set up an appointment that day. Set the appointment for Monday morning between 8-10 am. Got a text at 7:18 saying my tech was getting ready and would arrive within the hour or less. Daquon arrived at 7:34. He listened to my concerns, explained what he would need to do, to include the what ifs, gave me a quote and then completed the job. Once completed he walked me through what he had done, showed me before pictures so I could see what he removed and what was replaced. Cleaned up everything and even painted the plumbing to match the house. Thank you for a job well done.

The technician was very pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing. My rating was because I am so surprised for how high the expense for the repair was. The replacement part didn't seem to be of very high quality for the price.He was willing to check other plumbing areas to see if they were operating properly and that was very much appreciated.

This service provider is a great guy/owner. He knows his business. I liked him from my very first conversation with him that I actually had my tenant wait a week to service their unit. He is honest and upfront. He was a bit pricey, but he did the job and that's what counts. I would definitely call on him again.

Called Patrick Riley out to have them braze some lines and charge my new system. I was quoted 850.00 and said do it, temps were still under 100 at the time so it seemed to be working but was running longer than my older unit. Once temps started reaching over 100 degrees the unit would not shut off and would not cool my home any lower than 79 . I called George Brazil out this time and they told me my unit was way over charged. They removed over 3 lbs of Freon and it works great, Cost me another 549.00 to correct. I just hope the overcharge didn't cause any damage to my compressor and shorten it's life span. Seriously if you need HVAC work done just call Brazil and get it done right the first time, this was a 550.00 loss for me because of Riley's under trained tech.

My dishwasher had to be disconnected temporarily to accommodate a new beverage cooler. However, reconnecting it to the water line was a task I couldn't handle on my own. That's when I called Aqua Pro Plumbing Co, and I must say, they did a fantastic job. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and got the job done in no time.

Very nice individual who was knowledgeable about the situation. Helped get our broken faucet out and installed a new one. Was able to work us into the schedule last minute and solve the problem.
