Best Ductless A C in Phoenix AZ

My hot water tank was not working on the moble I just bought. I'm visually disabled and they cam out and lite the pilot light and I had hot water in 30 minutes. I was not charged a service call. That's going the extra mile.

Adam at APES was great, polite, followed safety guidelines by wearing a mask through the complete service. Work order was requested Friday evening. Adam was at my door Monday. Thank You Adam and APES, you are appreciated.

I wanted to write a review for Chas Roberts Air Conditioning. I recently went on vacation and when I was have fun with no cares in the world, My kids called and informed me that one of the air conditioners stopped working. Never fails that when your are on vacation, something happens. I called Chas Roberts and I have to tell you, they were amazing to work with. They called me back when they said they would, They found the part my unit needed in stock while the other companies I called, said it would take them days to get the part ordered and even longer to get it repaired. I had my unit up and running quickly. Much faster than what I even dreamed of! I completely understand that in this world today, you have manpower and raw material shortages so things may take a while but its how a company responds. They had the parts in stock, the provided exceptional customer service at an affordable price and I am an extremely happy customer. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Nick responded to the call and did an excellent job! He answered all of my questions, put up with me watching and learning, took meticulous notes, was very friendly, fixed plugged drain line, completed all maintenance and went over all maintenance plans that were offered. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend him and his company. They are very reasonably priced too.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

Excellent company that I have no hesitation in recommending. I have used them 3 times and the job was done on time with excellent quality and very reasonable prices. When I had to replace my water heater a good tank cost $100 less than anyone else.
