What a great company to work for and I have no complaints they treat their employees wonderful what else could you ask for

Had a service appt rescheduled for July 29 between 11am - 3pm and no one showed up, no one called and no email or text was sent either.I called Friday around 5:45pm and spoke to a Brett or Brent who immediately started off with a noticeable attitude on the phone and a very condescending tone. I explained my situation, when I was supposed to be rescheduled for and asked if he would confirm I was indeed on the schedule for July 29 as previously told the week prior.He confirmed I had been placed on the schedule for July 29th and that my appt was placed on hold/pending. He continued to review the account, asking me to confirm certain details he found in the system for accuracy, to which I did as requested. I further explained that the prior appt was replaced by the new appt and therefore was null and void, to which he copped an attitude on the phone again. I then requested to be placed on hold to speak with a manager regarding the missed service because this has been an on going problem in the past to which Brett/Brent replied “I can certainly do that and just want you to know that you’ll be waiting on hold all weekend em until someone eventually answers on Monday morning.”At that point I finally called him out for his rude & arrogant behavior before hanging up.NOTE: For those looking for AC service, save yourself the headache with this company and look elsewhere. They have a long history of poor scheduling and my example here is just the latest incident of that. I can recommend Semper Fi Heating & Cooling. They’re veteran owned & operated and offer a discount to members who are vets and/or first responders the last time I had used them.As for the representative Brent/Brett: Find another career choice cause customer service is not your forte. Otherwise, consider going to school for a degree in ‘Communication’ cause your communication absolutely sucks.

The serviceman Mosies was quick, efficient and explained everything he was doing and also gave instructions on after care for our garbage disposal. We will definitely be using Parker & Sons moving forward..

Scott has done two repairs at my property recently and after seeing the quality of his work the first time around it was a no brainer for him to be my first call when my next plumbing issue popped up! Great communicator, friendly, on time, and excellent quality of work. Thank you Scott!
