Pruitt's Plumbing was referred to us from our home owners' warranty insurance policy. We've just moved to the Phoenix area.



The problems that we were having were: our kitchen sink stopped working suddenly and the handle on the bathtub fell off. The plumber that they sent solved both of our problems in less than thirty minutes after arriving.



The problem with the kitchen sink was that the batteries underneath it were dead and needed to be replaced. The handle on the bathtub needed a bolt in it tightened.



We would highly recommend them for their timely arrival, professionalism and problem solving skills.

Our kitchen faucet died and we bought a new one, needing someone to install it within 2 days. Aaron worked us into his schedule, doing a tremendous job. He even tackled a rusted soap dispenser that refused to budge. We are so grateful for his immediate response and professionalism. (And persistence!) I have nothing but good things to say about our service or Junior. He helped us immensely and was out here very quickly. We live in Arizona so when our AC went out in the summer it was an emergency for us. He came out promptly was here for a few hours and went above and Beyond in not only customer service but servicing our home. He got it up and working quickly he knew exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. He was so kind and sweet to my family and I will request him again and again!
