I called at 9:56am on a Sunday morning. Brandon was here, found the leak, repaired it and was finished by noon!!! Great service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again!!!!!!

Jared and Jordan came out to clear a clogged main and turns out it was roots growing through the pipe! They had a camera snake so they could show me and pin point exactly where they needed to dig! Great company and the 2 plumbers they sent Jared and Jordan were on time, extremely professional and clean. They even took the time to clean the shower tubs and toilets when they were finished!! The best plumber I've dealt with in Phoenix az hand down!

We have had great service from this company until today. We had been contacted last week and set up our 6 month service check for this morning between 8 and 12. At 8 o'clock today
I received a call saying that we would not be receiving our service today and it could be within the next MONTH! First of all, a call later last week telling us that they would be unable to keep this appointment today would have been nice, so we didn't rearrange our schedule in order to be available during this time, for nothing! Secondly, why do we go from having an appointment to having to wait a month? Definitely a very disappointing experience with what had been a great company!

Follow up: I received a personal phone call from Patrick Riley himself this afternoon regarding our above experience. He promises immediate resolution and was very apologetic regarding the whole incident. This is the type of service I had grown to expect and experience with Patrick Riley. Definitely appreciate the immediate response.

Our water main was leaking and searched Nextdoor app and found Integrity Plumbing as the #1 most recommended.
We called Integrity Plumbing and talked to Mel. Never ever have we had someone working on our plumbing who was as genuine a person and professional as he and his staff were. Our water had to be shut off and they made sure the job was done correctly and timely. I give Integrity Plumbing our highest recommendations!

Mark was quick and efficient. Arrived early. Got our AC repaired on a 100 degree day. Definitely recommend!

Joe responded to our call quickly. He diagnosed the issue and worked closely with us to fix the problem. It was a big job involving excavating part of the driveway but he and his workers did an amazing job and actually charged less than his original quote. He took pictures along the way to update us and let us see exactly what the issue was. Everything about Joe is top notch. We highly recommend him!

I was honestly frustrated with other A/C servicing companies canceling on us and making us track down yet another company to service our A/C unit. But today I realized it was a blessing in disguise because we found Penguin Air & Plumbing. Jimmy the repair technician came to our home one time when we said he would, told me how he could meet our needs, and then fixed our problem quickly. He was knowledgeable and very personable. We are moving to our forever home so we are definitely using Penguin Air & Plumbing for any of our future A/C needs. Thank you Jimmy for being honest and cool.

Terrible terrible terrible! I would never recommend their services, and will never use their services. I confirmed my appointment not once, but twice. Was confirmed for a 1 pm - 5 pm window for service as I have no air, no heat and neither of my thermostats are working. After calling at 5:30 pm to see where the technician was and told I was the next on his list, I finally canceled at 8 pm. What a joke! Don’t waste your time or money on these jokers!

Excellent service and attitude. The willingness to explain issues in the home was refreshing. I was told from another plumbing company I needed an 8K repair to replace pipes in my bathroom. Josh at Day and Night found that all that was necessary was a simple fix: - new supply line! Thrilled! Straightforward and fantastic service!!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Price was fair and he even followed up to see how things were working the next day. A plumber with integrity. Thanks Better Place - thanks Scott

They are keeping my unit going. Hopefully for several more years! Every tech that has come to our home has been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They have done their jobs efficiently and neatly. They are easy to contact if you have questions and I have not had any problems with a difference between their quote and the bill. Would all businesses respond and be as reliable as this company.
