Brett came to the house today and was thoroughly knowledgeable of where the issues were coming from. He’s courteous and helpful in walking someone who doesn’t have the same knowledge through what needs to be fixed or replaced. This is his second visit and he’s always great!

I didn’t get to use this service because in lite of quoting me a 12 hour response time, they still haven’t shown up 27 hours later. Apparently now they say they don’t do emergency havoc service. Today was 110 yesterday it was 111. My apartment is close to 90 degrees, siting in the dark. I have appointments tomorrow and my minor child will be home alone in this heat. I cannot take her with. Same thing for Tuesday. So the soonest they can come out now is Wednesday morning. We have excessive heat warnings during those days again. When the customer service rep assured me not once but three times that someone would cal me back and they didn’t, I should have guessed. You don’t hide from customers when you make a mistake.

Ted is an amazing, knowledge professional. He diagnosed and solve my problem pretty quick. I recommend both the company and Ted.

They gave me a great quote and the work they did was phenomenal. You'd never even know they were there. They also left my house so clean and the process was much easier than I had anticipated. We always call Hays for our home and a few rental properties we own. They are always prompt to set up appointments, on time, professional and fair priced. Steve helped us recently with a bad compressor in our rental. He worked late and really diligently to get the work done for our renters.
