I called Hero Home Services because I had a strong smell in my home.Aaron was on time and explained everything down to detail. They ran a camera and wow were my drains dirty! They recommended a drain cleaning service that they provided and when they ran camera after the drains looked amazing and it helped with the smell! Highly recommend their service

The technician, I believe it was Jibran, was promptly on time, not what I’m used to with OTHER businesses, so I actually almost missed him! He was professional, told me exactly what he needed to do to fix the plumbing issue, got right to business. He was friendly, did not leave any mess of trash behind and literally was hassle free for me. Even the courteous phone call at the time of making the appointment The scheduler(female) was super polite and friendly. Just from beginning to the end, was a great experience I would very much recommend APES

This is the second time in 7 months I have had to have Hays come to my house, first was for an inproper toilet install by the previous owners, this time was my water main in the front yard was leaking. I called and had an appointment set up for the same day. The Plumber, Denny, was prompt in his getting here, he gave me the estimate, the time to do it and then started in on the work. All told the work took about an hour, Denny was very professional and courteous. Also he informed me that my WATER METER was not working properly which resulted in a temporary fix since my water couldn't be turned off completely. He fixed it and wrote out my invoice, he put on the invoice that the water meter was malfunctioning so that the city would be prompted to repair it, since it is THEIR equipment. Once all was said and done I am very satisfied with the work done, the price is reasonable for the courtesy, professionalism, and the knowledge that their employees possess. I will again call on Hays to do all my Plumbing work.

This was the 2nd time I used them for plumbing issues. I called them shortly before 5:00pm on the day before a holiday and they were out in less then an hour after my call. Got Seth as the service technician. He evaluated the situation, gave me my options, and explained all the possibilities involved in correcting the problem. Seth got the job done, explained plans available to better the elimination of repeating issues, and cleaned up the area he worked in. The price charged was better then competitive companies I’ve had experience with. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues and will use them when it comes to air conditioning services needed.

Donley Air is the best!! Steve was here in 25 min. On a Saturday, Holiday weekend and no appointment. He was very professional, polite, and on the roof in no time. After inspection he explained what was wrong. Steve gave me an affordable price that I could manage. This was quite a bit lower than previous other two offers and came with a year warranty? I gave them 5 Stars because 1. Steve listened to my problem, 2. Steve was concerned for my health because of the extreme heat outside. 3. Had someone here in less than 20 minutes. 4. Knowlegable of the problem and had the repair part with him. 5. AFFORDABLE? And Friendly!!! That's a formula of excellence for Donley plumbing and Air⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

Max the technician was friendly and answered all my questions. He replaced all items under the kitchen sink. That night noises came from under the sink. The problem was resolved after finding the outside water pressure was high. I was very satisfied with Max’s dedication to fixing this problem.

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

Hired them to do annual servicing and coil cleaning. Technician saw microbial growth on some wires and said I needed a new unit. He quit right there and still charged for the cleaning he never performed. The rest of the visit was to sell me on a new unit. My ac keeps it at a brisk 70 in AZ.....not sure whats going on there
