I had a broken hot water line underneath my concrete slab so they suggested to do a bypass above in the attic. All said and done charge me an outrageous amount of $3200.00 and did"nt even patch all the holes in the drywall. For that amount of money they should have fixed all the holes in the drywall. And naturally home owners insurance did not cover anything.

They were one of three companies that I had quote a replacement heat pump after our 24-year-old unit was failing. They were the best priced and had the best warranty. They installed the unit the next day and it's working great at this point.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

An amazing company. Was in need of emergency repairs and was spoken to straight away with my pipes serviced immediately. From the moment i enquired to the moment my leaks were fixed I was more than happy !! Would deffo recommend to anyone super reasonable prices ☺️☺️

It was a short notice but Alex was there on time and even though it was a challenge to get it fixed it got done that same day and in a timely manner!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We trusted Day and Night to install a new AC unit and were not disappointed. Every interaction whether it was over the phone or in person was spot on. Danny and Tomas were very knowledgeable and professional. Today Vincent after servicing the unit to make sure it was operating properly (it was!) went the extra mile to not only program the new thermostat but explain clearly in detail how to operate it. Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Chad did a great job servicing my system and installed a surge suppressor to keep me protected even as a storm began to fill the skies.

I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.

As I write this, I have now gone over a month without hot water. I contacted my home warranty when the hot water went out, and they assigned Centurion, and someone came out the next day, they said that they needed to order a part to finish the job. So far, so good. A week went by, and I was notified by home warranty that they couldn't authorize the repair because they had requested additional information (a valid serial number) and although they had tried several times, Centurion never replied. Finally someone from Centurion called and asked me to climb behind the water heater and take a picture of the serial number and then send it to them. I did this, and the next day I received notification from my home warranty that they had authorized the repair. So now I was already 9 days without hot water due to their inattention. A week went by, no word on when the repair would be done despite several phone calls and text messages. BTW don't ever try to call this company, no one ever answers and the voice mail specifically says we don't monitor these messages so send a text message if it is an emergency. Well, guess what, they don't reply to text messages routinely either. I finally got ahold of someone via text, he said that the part was ordered and he would let me know when it has arrived. It is now another 13 days since that reply, still no word, no reply to multiple messages, so my home warranty is sending out a new company and I have to start this process all over again.
