He spoke highly of The Aussie Plumber owner, told me exactly what he was planning to do to fix the problem and did so in a clean, meticulous manner. He also informed me a piece of our shower plumbing had been installed incorrectly, and he fixed it. So happy I do not have the drip drip drip any longer, thanks to The Aussie Plumber and Troy.

What a treat to be able to get efficient, fast and pleasant people to come at a moment's notice! While I thought it was only a leak under the sink, they were able to replace the garbage disposal (had one in the car!) and unclogged the sink all in one go. They were able to come the day I called them and fit me in and the extra work was not a problem! They were lovely to deal with and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Great with my dogs, too! Thank you SO much!!! Will be calling you again!

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.

Can't park right

Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
