I hired David from 24 hour Valleywide Electric LLC to add 6 light fixtures. He rewired our kitchen light fixtures, added 3 outdoor motion lights with new motion sensor fixtures, added two new exterior light fixtures & added 2 new ceiling fans with lights in two of my bedrooms. David did the job himself in one day, was super nice and professional, and did a great job. Thanks David.

After being disappointed with licensed electricians responding to my request for service, and claiming they performed issues of concern, I was fortunate enough to learn of a highly recommended company with a professional reputation for guaranteed satisfaction. PHOENIX ELECTRICIANS was contacted and responded to my home. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and assessment of my problems. They resolved all my electrical needs at an acceptable cost. I am very satisfied with not only the repairs I needed, but also with the courtesy and professionalism of their employees doing the work.

The employees are always clean, and friendly. I didn't shop around for a best price just because I've been happy with the work in the past. My only issue was that when I called in the problem ( water heater leaking) I was very specific talking to the dispatcher that I needed a 50 gallon PROPANE water heater. When the tech showed up he only had a natural gas model with him. That meant no hot water that night.

I am a new Efficient customer, but a happy one all the same. I had some wiring issues with an addition. (Kept blowing the breaker.) . The tech was able to come out, diagnose my issues and repair them in short order. He said wiring problems are common in older places like mine. He is such a pro! He was fast, friendly, and fair. He gave me a quote on some lighting I've been thinking about having done, too, and it was way more reasonable than I would have guessed.

I called at 7pm on a Sunday. He was there 1 hour later and had my problem fixed quickly. I would highly recommend ECO

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]

Jon:was my first point of contact…her gave estimate to repair or replace heat pump…he is very knowledgeable, polite and knew his business…wrote the contract, explained everything and I had a new unit and my home was heated in less than 24 hoursThe two men that removed the old unit / installed the new unit also knew their business, on time, polite, cleaned everything up…the entire job was smooth and effortless for meEverything was completed as promisedVery happy with Parker & Sons and the people they employe ?

This place was great. I had no power in my home during the day. I have dog's and it is very important to me that they are comfortable and Phoenix Electricians Today understood my concern. Dennis came out within and hour and was able to fix all the issue's and got everything up and running for me and my family of dogs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great service!!!
