Had Steven out to assist with a couple of plumbing issues and he was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I would recommend and use them again, just hope it’s not needed due to plumbing issues.

Parker and son’s is a little on the expensive side, but solid workmanship, experience, professional employees, with a high level of skills and knowledge that warranty their work is worth it. You get what you pay for! Darrell was our plumber and he is awesome! He is friendly, professional, and did a great job. Would definitely request him again if we need anything in the near future!

I was thinking of how best to describe the exceptional service which Anthony provided me. I guess the only way is to state out in public that Anthony is the gold standard by which all other service men and women are to be judged.

His uniform was clean and spotless, he was smiling, friendly and very helpful with tips and suggestions and never tried to make me feel like I was forced to do things his way.

Asa plumbing was extremely helpful, they made sure to explain everything they were doing and discuss different options for different price ranges. I did not feel like they were trying to upcharge me at all. They were exactly on time, got me scheduled

quickly, did the work quickly, and cleaned up afterwards!!

Out water heater died, and Cody came out the same day I called, had to put it though my landlords, then came back and installed the new one in about an hour.

They are a scam and rip off.!
I paid a trip charge of $79.00.
I had a fauset handle that was loose and it needed to be tightened. Their charge was $325.00. Then I asked them to unscrew the cold water line and switch it with the hot water line under my sink. Their charge was another $325.00. I turned off the water under the sink and made the switch. It took 1 minute. I sent them packing and when they went down the road and looked back I was really smiling!!!!!
Take my word and money for it that it was the best $79.00 I ever spent to find out how bad this company is. If I asked them to unscrew a light bulb for me it was going to be $325.00.

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

All the employees we met from Day and Night have been professional, friendly and helpful. After the AC was installed we still had a problem with one room's ac, Day and Night worked hard to rectify the problem. Eric came out today and put in new ductwork, he was great and the temperature in the room has improved. We definitely recommend Day and Night.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.
