From our initial contact with RSP Gas Piping to completion of the installation, every person has been responsive, capable and efficient. We could not be more pleased and we give them our highest recommendation.

Our water heater was making really strange noises and my water bill seemed exceptionally high. I had used Sunstate Plumbing for my clients at their homes and now I needed them as well. I called to schedule an appointment and I was given a date and time for the next day. Scott came out, looked everything over and resolved both of my problems in less than 2 hours! My water heater worked consistently without making crazy noises and my water bill decreased drastically! Another happy loyal customer of Sunstate Plumbing!!

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.

My home warranty company assigned Economic Plumbing when my hot water heater stopped working. AMAZING service!!! After they were assigned, I called Economic Plumbing at around 9 AM and they said they'd have someone come to my home between noon and 4 PM. Anthony and Daniel called ahead and showed up at 1130 AM. They were professional, courteous and informative. I knew the hot water heater needed to be replaced, they agreed and immediately called my home warranty company and got approval. I live close to both a Lowes and Home Depot, they went an got a new water heater, brought it back within 30 minutes and within 2 1/2 hours had it installed. Anthony and Daniel cleaned up everything and all I can say is WOW, they were great. I would highly recommend Economic Plumbing. Yes, I saw the bad reviews but I will honestly say they proved all the bad reviews wrong. Thank you Anthony and Daniel, you are both exceptional!!

Took over a week to get a call back to schedule. Then Tech showed up and did not call, so we did not receive service. When I called to reschedule, lady on phone was so rude and abrasive, decided not to even use this company. Terrible customer service.

I would give these clowns a -5 if I could. They make an appointment, give an estimate, (there are contractors waiting on their work and they no show, tell me they're stuck out of town and a truck blows by me on the highway. Don't lie! Don't use them... Be warned!!!
