George has done several jobs for us always in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. Recently we had our water heater go out and we provided us with multiple options depending on what we wanted to get. He is a solid guy and does excellent work. We have referred him to many people and they have all reported back how pleased they were with his work and price.

These folks made my day. From the moment I called I knew I had made the right choice. I explained what was happening and within a half hour, Tom Johnson the plumber was at my door. He took care of all the repairs and answered all my questions. The work consisted of replacing the hose bib in the back yard as well as the pipe. This stopped the recently discovered drip from the backyard faucet that was getting worse by the day. The new faucet only requires a slight turn and my arthritic hands appreciate that very much. He also replaced the bathroom sinks (4 of them) stoppers and the ball rods underneath. I mentioned to him that a new washer and dryer were to be delivered in a few days. He noticed in the laundry area that the fittings were old and might make it unlikely the new washer and dryer could be installed so that was brought up to current requirements. All the work was done with a smile and I now feel confident that my new home’s plumbing is in great condition. And, if anything goes awry, I know exactly who to call.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

Raul Gallardo of ProForce Plumbing was professional, well spoken, and here when we needed him! He explained everything we needed and repaired a clogged outdoor main. The job required digging a deep hole, cutting the existing pipe and removing the obstruction. Raul did all of this in a timely manner and replaced the landscape so you would never know it had been disturbed. The price was great as well.

No call no show

The Choice Home Warranty made an appointment with Centurion Plumbing to unclog my main drain. I have to wait 3 days them to come. The technician, which came, tried to put a snake into the drain from the outside, but could not go more than one foot inside. After spending half an hour he said that it is an old drain and his snake would not work. He offered to call home warranty for approval of hydro jetting, collected $45 dollars service fee, and I did not hear from him ever since. Home warranty sent me e-mail refusing the hydro jetting. After this failure, I googled other companies and found one, which came in an hour after I called them, and for $63 unclogged the drain within 10 minutes.
I would avoid Centurion Plumbing Services and Choice Home Warranty by all means.

Recently had my roof replaced and some of the roofing materials (felt, nails, etc) ended up in my gutters and subsequently my drains. Isaac Solas was the technician who responded and he did an exceptional job. He was friendly, professional and efficient and he was able to quickly solve the problem. The price was absolutely reasonable and the company dispatched him within one hour of my service request. Her arrived on time and I will definitely use this company (and this technician) for some future plumbing installation and repair work for my home. Really pleased with the customer service and HIGHLY recommend!
