Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

My water heater should have been completely covered by my home warranty but after paying eversons 75 dollar for a service call and the some ridiculous “ modification “ sham the plumber tells the warranty people, I basically paid for everything . Let me take a minute to explain what a modification is. This is when the plumber hooks back up your new water heater and claims he had to do some modification which is anything that is remotely different from your old water heater. In my case the relief valve was on the side of the new unit, my old one was on top. The plumber re used my copper pipe with two new 1/2 copper elbows to re -hook this up. This was the modification that eversons plumbing charged me an additional 300 dollars for. The copper elbows maybe cost 10 dollars and took him five minutes to sweat weld in. Be aware of this so called “ modification “sham commonly used by contractors to manipulate the warranty company who in turn require you to pay them. I’m an old school a/c guy and this sort of practice would never fly in my day.

They kept the dust down as good as could be expected and always cleaned up after completing the job.The subcontractor, C&S. Concrete Cutting were also very professional and kept the place neat and done a excellent job of cleaning up after each job when completed. When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

We had a major slab leak that my regular plumber said needed to be analyzed by a specialist leak detection company, and he said he knew someone very good who would do a great job. I am VERY glad they called Phoenix Leak Detection; Dave came out on time, did a very thorough job, analyzing all the possible leak areas, and efficiently narrowed them down to pinpoint the source of the problem. He explained every step of the process, and isolated and capped the leaky portion of our pipes so that we could continue to live in our home until the leaky portion was bypassed with a re-pipe--it was a life saver! I can't recommend Dave at Phoenix Leak Detection highly enough!

So glad we found Flush King Plumbing. Had a plumbing emergency and had to turn off our water (and water to several of the neighbors!). We called Chris late in the afternoon and shortly after Larry arrived to take care of the problem. He was very professional and courteous. He did a great job using quality parts. We were so impressed (and extremely grateful) that we will be having him back to do several more projects!

Robert Mitchell was our Service Tech today. He was extremely thorough, explained issues in terms we could understand, and provided reasonable resolutions to the current AC unit’s problems. As a result of his professionalism and ability to help us understand what was needed, we have purchased a new system through Ace. We appreciate all the rebates and discounts provided to us from Ace who has been our air-conditioning provider for over 10 years. Truly the worst contractors I’ve ever worked with.

These guys came to replace a component, that failed three months later and flooded a part of my house. When on the phone they said “no problem, we guarantee our work and will take care of it”. Well a month after trying to track them down, no answer, no returned calls, no returned texts, etc., now I’m paying someone else to do it right. Don’t buy the veteran friendly angle, I’m a vet and they knew that, and still left me high and dry. If quality, customer service, or time are of any concern, look anywhere else.
