Elvis from Green Star Plumbing Company of Phoenix did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. He was very patient with us as we asked questions and explained the process in detail. He provided us with multiple options and was honest about the costs and time frames associated with each. We are very pleased with the results!

My water heater stopped working at a real bad time just before a party, these guys were there fast enough to replace it with a better unit so fast, the price was reasonable and they even cleaned the area better than it was before! A+ Company.

Plumbers arrived inside the window and volunteered to wear shoe booties inside, which we liked. The initial snaking effort failed, but the second round succeeded. Both men were courteous and professional, and they were in and out in less than a half hour.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Raul Gallardo of ProForce Plumbing was professional, well spoken, and here when we needed him! He explained everything we needed and repaired a clogged outdoor main. The job required digging a deep hole, cutting the existing pipe and removing the obstruction. Raul did all of this in a timely manner and replaced the landscape so you would never know it had been disturbed. The price was great as well.

No call no show

The Choice Home Warranty made an appointment with Centurion Plumbing to unclog my main drain. I have to wait 3 days them to come. The technician, which came, tried to put a snake into the drain from the outside, but could not go more than one foot inside. After spending half an hour he said that it is an old drain and his snake would not work. He offered to call home warranty for approval of hydro jetting, collected $45 dollars service fee, and I did not hear from him ever since. Home warranty sent me e-mail refusing the hydro jetting. After this failure, I googled other companies and found one, which came in an hour after I called them, and for $63 unclogged the drain within 10 minutes.
I would avoid Centurion Plumbing Services and Choice Home Warranty by all means.
