Very good with scheduling and on time. I ahd to cancel and reschedule and no problems at all. Quickly changed out our angle stops. Water was only off for 20 minutes. Price came in a bit over the quote, but he actually did extra work not planned but he had to run out to get a part and he added a water line for our fridge last minute. Not that it would have been difficult, but saved me the time and effort to do it. Excellent customer service.

The technician from Blue plumbers arrived promptly at my house this morning. I was relieved to see him on time as I had a busy day ahead. He greeted me with a smile and introduced himself professionally. I was impressed with his punctuality and courteous manner. It made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company for the job.

Elemental Plumbers technician came to service our hot water heater was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to explain what was going on with our water heater and how to properly maintain it. He also identified another issue with our plumbing and fixed it on the spot. We were impressed with his expertise and professionalism.

On time. Very professional. Came out a second time at no cost after the drain continued to clog. Made sure to watch the door to keep pets inside. Would definitely recommend

I used them again, this time to unclog a sink at one of my tenants' homes. They were offered right away, with a selection of window times. The plumber accommodated the modification and spoke with me on a regular basis. He spent many hours with snakes ranging from garden to Anaconda, all while being monitored and commanded. They were really courteous and patient with the older renter, which I appreciated. And the cost was really affordable! Use these people! :)

Nick was terrific, showed me what need to be done. He explained what he would be doing and showed me pictures of the system that are worn. He contacted a vent cleaning service for me, got an estimate and completed booking the appointment with them. He also let info with me for discounts with servicing my system in the future. Scott has been great to work with and has solved many issues at my home. He was able to fix a years-long AC problem and also installed a new water heater quickly when my old one died. He's professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

Centurion was sent to us by our home warranty. Troy came out on a Sunday to rescue us from overflowing toilets. He was here within 2-hours of the home warranty company calling him. Don't know what all these 1-star reviews are about, but for us; his customer service was spot on, appearance was clean & professional, and he kept us informed the entire time. Most importantly...the backed up plumbing that almost sent us to hotel, was fixed!
