Today Cody came out to fix a problem that the previous plumber created. Cody was very professional and courteous, but also personable and friendly. He had the problems fixed faster than I had anticipated and made sure to ask if I needed anything else done while he was there. I asked him to empty the dishwasher, but I guess my son will have to do that when he gets home ?.
The response time was extremely quick. Contacted on Friday and received an immediate response. Had someone out to assess the problem Monday afternoon, and the problem was completely fixed Wednesday.
I would absolutely, 100% reccomend Charity Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Called about 1hr ago asking for service on my mobile home and the lady said she'd check if they work on mobile homes and she'd call me right back 20min later when I got no call back I called Emergency Plumbing they were at my house ready to work literally less than 10min of calling them and at 11am the job was done (fastest service ever only took 30min!!)

There’s so much to say, I could write a short story here. In a time when customer service isn’t really commonplace; this company takes it up past the top notch. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. They texted a photo of the tech coming out AND a bit of their ‘story’ before they ever arrive.

We have used Hays several times since we purchased our home three years ago, first to install a new whole-house water filter system, water softener, and kitchen RO system, and then to respond to a leak and to fix a handful of other problems created by a different plumber (hired by the remodeling company we used). Today Hays was called out to discover how it was that the remodeling plumber failed to install and anchor a toilet properly. Hays is always quick to respond, and in our experience has always been very competent, professional, and responsible.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

My Dad has been using Delaney’s Plumbing for many years. I am now living full time with my 87 year old Dad and have met Charles and he is always professional, efficient and even came over on Sunday when our toilet wouldn’t flush. His prices are fair and he provides excellent service.

They were able to schedule a technician to come within 24 hours. He was very professional and capable. Did a thorough job and was clear about the costs. Excellent service.

On his 1st day out to my place he found the source & even updated my laundry room w/ an up to date washer box b/c I didn't have one before. He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing.

Truly exceptional. Blue plumbers always go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. We have had several emergency situations, and they have always been quick to respond and resolve the problem promptly. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service is unmatched.

Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.
