These guys are incredible and honest! We use their service for many of our projects and they are always on time, communicate well and fair in their pricing. If they get to a job and find that a repair is unnecessary, they always call and let us know. Everyone needs to work with this company!

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had some flooding in my home right after getting new flooring put in. Long story short, after getting the run around in finding the source of the leak, I called Edward's since they were so highly rated. They came out and said that the flooring guys didn't put the upstairs toilet back on correctly and left. The flooring company had them come back out to take off the toilet and reinstall it, so they did. When they took off the toilet, they said that the flange was completely corroded and that that was the problem. Trever said that I would need to pay for the flange part and they would bill the flooring company for the removal and reinstall of the toilet. That made sense to me because I would have needed to buy the part anyway. He then told me it was $200! I was a little in shock, and dealing with a flooded house, among many other things, and he wanted the check before he left, so I forked it over. He then told me he would send me the invoice through email. He never did. My coworkers and friends then all told me that that is a ridiculous price for a flange. I called the owner of Edward's Plumbing, whom I originally talked to, who is Trever's father (I believe his name is Robert) and asked him why I paid $200 for a part and that that should have been billed to the flooring company. He said that he would talk to Trever and to the flooring guy and get back to me. He never did. So I called the next day. He said he didn't get a chance to call them, but he would then and call me back. He never did. I called the next day. He wouldn't answer. I left a message. He never called back. I called the flooring guy to see what to do next because my floor had started flooding again (spoiler alert: the toilet wasn't even the source of the leak). He informed me that Edward's charged him $275 (and he sent me an invoice for proof, but that's not mine to share here), which he paid, and then they told him that I never paid them!! I thought that maybe they didn't cash the check because they realized that they double charged us (they received $475 between the two of us just to take off a toilet, put on a new flange, and put the toilet back on). So I checked my bank. Nope. They had cashed the check several days before!! And had the audacity to say I didn't pay them!! I called again and *surprise surprise* they didn't answer. I left a message. They never have returned my calls. Now I will be reporting them to the BBB. They are SHADY!! BEWARE!!

UPDATE: They didn't stop the flooding! I had to call another company to come find that the leak was actually a live reverse osmosis line behind my fridge. There was zero flooding (or leaking) coming from the toilet upstairs (or any toilet) where they said the leak originated from. I see they left a comment on my review where they didn't even address me and still aren't being honest. They have not contacted me once still, and have not refunded the money, even though it shows that they commented 3 days ago!

UPDATE 2: After posting my last update, Robert finally called me back this morning and somewhat apologized. He said he could bring me over a check. I assumed that meant right then, but he just brought it at 4pm. I'm glad to have the money back, but they all need to communicate better. During his apology he also kept saying that if I had told him that it was still leaking he could have come back out to find it. I did tell he and Trever. They told me it was residual. I let him know that and he again apologized. There was some other excuse too about how I should have called and I reminded him that I did, but he didn't answer. He said that that's why calling the office is the best, because he's busy. I honestly didn't even know about an office number. I got his number from my Google search to find a plumber to begin with. I reminded him that I also left messages. Anyway, he does seem sorry, but he seemed to be trying to make excuses or pass on the responsibility. But I do appreciate that he drove out to my house to bring me a check refund for the $200.

A great bunch of guys. Not just good plumbers, but good people. I know that they do a lot of volunteer work. Keep it up guys.

Highly recommended!! I had a plumbing issue and was facing a whole weekend with no water. Tony came to my house on a Saturday afternoon and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. I was charged a very reasonable rate for a weekend emergency call, and will definitely call J DeMiguel and Son's again when I need a plumber.

AJ was fantastic and worked like a champ to get both of our bathrooms functioning the way they should! We couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company. They have never disappointed us!
