Matt D came to do our annual heater check and cleaning. He was very thorough with the check and cleaning, he even took before and after pictures. Which is comforting. He also confirmed that a job we payed for (before owner changed) was a shoddy job. We had payed to have a 2nd return put in, and have the ducts sealed and cleaned. None of which was done properly. We have put a total of $20,000 into this house in the 2 1/2 years we've lived here, to make this home as energy efficient as possible. We rely on the work to be done properly. I knew something was never right about the work that was done. Thankfully Matt took the time to inspect my concerns and was able to validate my suspicions. He could have shrugged it off, but didn't. He was honest! Greatfully they are willing to correct the problems and make it right! And to think, I almost declined them coming to do the check, due to other past issues. Thank you Matt!! I can't street enough how amazing my team members at Charity Plumbing are. We are currently slowly growing into a bigger company from a few yrs b4 I was an employee. As I learn I am impressed by my coworkers' knowledge of the craft. I learn something new everyday. And I have been a client in a way. When I first moved to my apt my coworker Tyler helped with a clog that had been an issue for a month. I hadn't had much experience at the time and when he came to my place my landlord told him the he tried to unclog it and he also said that Tyler would need a longer cable to reach the clog. Well Tyler let him know that he's experienced enough for my landlord not to worry and that he would just give it a look and do the very best he can and if he felt it needed a bigger cable he would then use an auger with a longer cable. Well he unclogged the toilet and it's been working well since. That is my experience as a client/customer with this company. It gave me a perspective from a client to standpoint on the type of service I clients get here and the type of service I was going to be giving clients also as an employee.

We had a leak on our side of the water meter and Jason from Johnco responded first thing the next morning and did fantastic work in not just throwing a band aid style repair on it but fixing it right and elevating the water meter so it was no longer resting on pipes. That's how work should be done these days and too frequently isn't. I would highly recommend Johnco Pulmbing!

I purchased 2 new AC Units at the end of March. When the summer hit in June they started blowing hot air. I called their office and they said someone would be out the next day. No one showed, I called at 11:00, 3:00, 7:00 and 9:00 and each time was told that I was on their schedule for that day. I called the next morning and was assured someone would be there then (The day after I took off work so I could be there). When he got there he say the coolant was leaking. I was told that the office would call me to have someone come out and do a leak check and fix the problem. No one called-less than a week later the units started blowing hot air again. I called to get someone out to fix the problem (that was on a Friday) they stated that their technicians could not get out till Tuesday but they could get someone out Saturday to re-charge the unit. Come Tuesday, again, no-one showed up. I got a call at 2:30 for them to inform me that they were too busy to make it to my house. Then they re-scheduled for Thursday. Then this morning, the person who came out to my house to fix my issues was there to work on the ducts. He told me he was not there to touch the units, and that is handled by a different department. I told him to call his manager and to get someone out to fix the units, because if the units are blowing hot air then it makes no sense just to fix the ducts to increase air flow to 3 vents downstairs. Then he left. In full transparency, I did speak harshly. I then called the office to speak with a service manager to get someone else out there to actually fix my units, and was told they were all in a meeting and couldn't take my call. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys. I am not upset because the units have issues that need to be fixed, I am angry because this has been going on for 3 weeks in 115 degree heat and my issues are not important enough for someone to come out to my house to fix the leak on the system they installed.

These are the greatest plumbers I've worked with in decades. They are attentive, fast, and excellent at their work, and their pricing is the best I have ever seen. They are also wonderful individuals. We utilised them twice in the last year and had the pleasure of dealing with them both times. These individuals are the gold standard.
