Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end (for now) from this company! Making an appointment was super easy and the technician was friendly, quick, very helpful with information, polite and completely professional. I will not hesitate to call this company again when I need a plumber.

I had a pipe burst under my slab causing damage to my laundry room. I called Rapid Rooter on the recommendation of a friend that had used them. Chad was able to reroute the water pipe through the attic, saving the pain and aggravation of having to dig up the slab and then repair the concrete and tile. I was very satisfied with the service and they were also a low bid.

Called Roto-Rooter and within an hour on a Sunday morning our service has been completed! Great service, friendly and professional.

I can't thank Ron enough, it has taken several trips to figure out why our main toilet would not flush. I got very frustrated and angry, and Ron couldn't have been kinder. You don't see a lot of businesses that stand behind their work like that any more. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

This is the plumber you want!! They are extremely competitively priced and the work they did was truly exceptional! I really can’t speak highly enough about how they exceeded my expectations. We had a service line leak, a pretty bad one at that, and they came out right away to have a look. The next day they had it completely fixed, but not only that, we couldn’t even tell our front yard had been dug up!! We actually checked the neighbors lawn worried they may have had a mix up in address lol but upon super close inspection were able to find a tiny bit of evidence the digging had occurred. I’m so impressed with their work! They made the whole stressful ordeal so easy from start to finish. I will most definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and will be recommending them to others. Seriously, do yourself a favor and choose this company for your plumbing problem!

Edit: Turns out I needed a plumber for a kitchen sink drain clog yesterday and luckily I knew exactly who to call! I wish this company was more than just plumbing because I would call them for everything. They came out quickly and got the job done for a fair price. But on top of that, they’re genuinely nice people to work with. They’ve once again exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!

I always tell people about these guys. They are all wonderful!

Not impressed. Initial Sales guy won me (i interviewed 3 services), seemed knowledgeable and honest. After that it was all downhill. Install team was condescending to me and only had negative things to say about the salesman. They acted like they didn't want to be here installing. They spoke bad about their product which seemed like they were trying to up sell but it was too late. They threw their ladder up and bent shingles on the house in a very noticeable area of the of house. Told me I needed to remove everything out of garage so they could do their job. Install took much longer than quoted and was not done correct then they blamed the sales guy (so weird) . When they said they were finished it was not done correct or to the best they could do and a second visit to repair duct work and monitor performance was needed( i had to call for it as it I was not called to see how things were. Third visit because i was informed they hooked up the thermostat wrong and that Sr technician said they there was a wire missing and he will wire it so it works for the summer (which means no heat) and he will make notes to return in fall to correct that. Well its November and call so I called them . Now on 4th (fourth) visit they were supposed to be here at 8AM (i confirmed this the night before too) and its 10:00 and not here. Why post now? Ive given them several chance to turn this around... is this the norm for them?

This has cost me significant time from work and while the unit was not hooked up correctly have my electrical bills were higher than with the 30 yr old system i had previously.

It is the best plumbing company in Arizona they need no advertising because of the character and craftsmanship of all the employees Word of Mouth keeps them busy Non-Stop.

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

Our faucet installation was excellent. Jody was personable, knowledgeable and a joy to meet. Gabby, Customer Service, is also wonderful to work with, easily resolving questions or problems.

He has been a dependable member of my property management team for the past three years. The first time I had him come out to solve what I thought was a serious problem, he fixed it in about two hours and had the replacement components in his car - even offering two different sink stopper options!

Needed a water heater replaced. Mel and his crew got it done quickly and at a very fair price. Looks like top quality work also!!

We have used Charles services several times now. Some of the work he has done for us has included replacement of an aging water heater, replacing a clogged 50's era cast iron drain pipe and a sewer line camera inspection. If you have a problem with your plumbing, chances are that Charles has encountered it and will know how to fix it. In the rare instance that he can't fix it, he'll refer you to someone who can.
