Before hiring Simon, I already hired a couple of contractors who work for big chain plumbing companies to fix my shower valve water humming problems. Neither of them fixed my water-hamming issues, but they all charged an arm and leg for a visit; one even drilled a big hole in my shower wall, and I had to patch it on my own. I was so frustrated and about to give up on it.



One day, my kitchen sink got clogged, and I found Simon’s service on Google based on his pristine five stars reviews, and it was the best decision I ever made this year. Simon came in and fixed the kitchen sink in no time, and I requested him to look at my shower pipe water humming issue. Simon did not drill any holes in my wall. Instead, he was very professional and examined every inch of the cartridge and valve. He quickly addressed the root cause and pointed out that it was the missing aftermarket check valve causing the water humming, and he went to many hardware stores and never gave it up. He tried all the possible ones on the market, and neither of those check valves works. In the end, I was going to give up, but Simon did not; he engineered a way that customized the shower cartridge and check valves, and he made it.



I am so happy about the outcome of Simon’s service, not only because he knows his job but also because he never gives up on his project. More importantly, he charges very reasonably for his service. So, every penny you spend is well worth it. I’d recommend Simon to everyone, and you won’t regret it.

Contractor & they told me that my gas water heater needed to be Replaced? Which would had been $700.00 or More. My Son told me to get a 2nd Opinion because my gas water heater was only 2 years old.

Alan showed up when he said he would. Installed the floor drain for my shower. He had to remove some concrete to make it work for tile. High quality work. Fast clean efficient. Once he got started I didn't hear about any problems or excuses. He just gets things done. I will definitely call again when I need more work done.

I had a hose bib start leaking, and then found out my house's water shutoff valve did not operate fully when trying to slow the leak. I called Champion and they came out in a hurry to find my leak, replace the leaking hose bib, replace my water shutoff valve with a higher-reliability quarter-turn valve instead of the needle-valve it had, and also recommended and installed a whole-house pressure regulator to prevent future damage caused by the more frequent and severe pressure spikes that have been coming from the municipal water supply in Gilbert lately. They showed up fast, and on-time, were extremely courteous and completed a great-looking repair/upgrade all for about the same cost as other companies wanted just to come out and take a look "in a couple weeks when we can find someone with free time in your area". Absolute A++ for Champion's customer service and workmanship on this job!

Out tech was Josh, and he was top notch! He identified the issue within 5 minutes, and fixed it within an hour. The OTHER company we had out yesterday couldn't even identify the issue, but had quoted us over 500.00 for the fix. This was well under 200.00, and the work was outstanding! He gets two stars because he did show up and it was after hours. He advertises his hours are from 7 to 7, but claims 5pm on Saturday is after hours. He wanted 975. to do what another plumber did 30 minutes later for 375. I understand making money and getting paid to work, but I do not understand gouging people in a hardship situation.

they did a very good professional job

The man driving the company van tried to run me into the wall on the 51 freeway and 101 freeway curve today at 230pm. He harassed me for several miles by tailgating me nearly hitting me on multiple occasions. This person is clearly a bully and used his vehicle to threaten and bully me out of his way. I would stay clear of this vehicle and wouldn't let him near my family or home. God for bid you piss him off. He drives a white van that says Quail Plumbing on the sides. Please pray for this man that he will find a better way to deal with his emotions. And pray for all the drivers out here in Phoenix. Hopefully no one is hurt by this man.

Adept Plumbing came to work on a project at our house. He found some issues with our older plumbing and was able to repair and replace old pipes. He was extremely professional and was honest about what needed to be done to avoid future issues. I highly recommend Georgel and Adept.
