Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. Thank you champion plumbing for sending your employee, so professional so helpful. Would highly recommend again.

If I could leave no stars for this atrocious company I would. If you have this company as your home warranty selected company have them change immediately or you will be left stranded!

We had an unexpected leak in our sprinkler vacuum breaker system and urgently needed a plumber. We called Alexander's and he was able to come by quickly & stop the leak. He went above and beyond, explaining everything in layman's terms & returned the following day to replace the system. He was communicative, timely, and knowledgeable. Located CLW from the BBB website. We contacted 3 businesses for estimates. We needed the main shut off valve replaced and sent pictures of the job. CLW tied for the lower estimate and for no particular reason we went with them. Both my husband and I were impressed with Jon Luna. He arrived when he said he would. Not only was he fast, but heck of a nice guy. Also, we were charged what they quoted us. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service!!! Had our pool resurfaced in February, very expensive. 1 month later, the pool pump went out. Called the home warranty company and they sent out a pool tech, a couple of days later he came out, replaced the motor but said it didn't have enough electrical current to run and that he wasn't qualified to work in the breaker box. He called the home warranty company and they sent out another tech a few days later. He checked out a bunch of electrical connections and said the problem was likely underground and we needed an electrician. The home warranty company said they dont cover underground wiring for pools. Now worried about our new pool, I googled electricians near me. George Brazil came up first with a 4.9 rating, open 24/7. I called and explained to the nice lady that answered the phone how worried we were about the new pool, and needed to find someone who could come out today. 2 hours later, their tech, Brian P showed up. I explained what was going on and he got to work. I usually hang around asking questions trying to learn new things. He found the problem in less than an hour, had it fixed in about an hour. Pump started right up but had no suction in the pool. He helped me prime the pump, and then helped me program the pump!!! Service above and beyond!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Will recommend them to anyone that Needs electrical, plumbing or A/C repair. Thanks Brian and George Brazil!! Tried to leave a new review for plumbing service, so will add to this one. Tried to fix my sink last night, didn't go so well. Called in the morning and they had Dan come out in the evening. Told him what I did and he walked me through my mistake. Have also been putting off a different faucet issue, told him about it and he fixed that as well. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely be calling George Brazil for future repairs!
