Aaron the owner was great on the phone and in person, listened to our situation and was able to be at our house the very next morning. From start to finish they kept us updated on how things were going and there wasn’t even a mess! This was the cleanest repair we’ve ever seen, and in less than two hours we had hot water again! They shut off water to entire complex without notice

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

I sent a message online on a Friday night. Monday the plumber came and took care of the issue quickly and neatly. Highly professional and recommended!

We were interested in a Hot Water Recirculation pump and had Water Heaters Only - Mesa come out for a bid. Trevor came on time, explained how the device worked and prepared a bid. We then went to look at our hot water heater which turned out to be 20+ years old, so we decided to go ahead and get a new water heater. Trevor revised the bid which was fine and asked if we wanted it done then. We were expecting to have to make another appointment so this was a very pleasant surprise. Trevor then installed the hot water heater and the pump. It went very well and then everything was cleaned up! We are very pleased with our purchases, the installation and Trevor's professionalism. We have some rental properties and will definitely use Water Heaters Only again when needed.

I am maintenance technician with an apartment complex in Peoria. I can tell you that they do not respond after hours and their emergency service that’s supposedly 24/7 does not exist. I have had sewer backups and piping issues go unanswered for days forcing us to call out a different, less preferred vendor. When work finally does get done it suspect at best. From one professional giving comment about another business, I would recommend you use someone else.
