Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

VERY satisfied with this company. Our last 2 water bills have been over $100 and there's currently only 1 person living in my home. I called the city of Phoenix and they said sorry you need to call a plumber. I friend recommended Spencer and I reached out. He was kind enough to inform me that my needs were out his personal knowledge experience but if I called the main number the dispatcher would send the best person for the job. Scheduling was a breeze and DJ was at my house the next day earlier than expected (which was awesome!) He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He fixed what was needed and also showed me other areas that will need attention in the future in order to avoid major disasters (my water heater). He wasn’t pushy or looking for a huge sale which I appreciate. I will definitely call back for my water heater when we are ready and will 100% recommend George Brazil to others

What a treat to be able to get efficient, fast and pleasant people to come at a moment's notice! While I thought it was only a leak under the sink, they were able to replace the garbage disposal (had one in the car!) and unclogged the sink all in one go. They were able to come the day I called them and fit me in and the extra work was not a problem! They were lovely to deal with and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Great with my dogs, too! Thank you SO much!!! Will be calling you again!

Paul was excellent. He is so nice and did such a great job installing our water heater. Even with the 116 degree heat today, he was always in good spirits. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. And I will have him do all future plumbing work at our house.

NuFlow relined the pipes in a 50 year old bathhouse, three showers each men's and women's, bathroom stalls, sinks and urinals. All went as planned and it appears that we now have extended the useful life of these bathrooms and showers for AT LEAST the next ten years and possibly much longer. Prior to using NuFlow I did seek out references and they were glowing. The cost of re-lining the sewer pipes is a fraction of a tear down and re-build of the bathhouses. I only wish we had their service ten years earlier when we paid almost $200,000 to re-build another similar structure.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
