Eddy was on time and courteous. He took care of the problem with my kitchen faucet sprayer that had ceased spraying. It needed a diverter which we had, but couldn’t figure out where to put! And he was on it. Took care of the problem and got my upstairs toilet running again by replacing the valve. Excellent work couldn’t be happier.

I contacted Tamra and Doug for replacement of my water softener recently. They were very professional, extremely responsive, and answered all my questions plus more I hadn't thought of. Doug made the installation easy and painless with everything handled as promised. This family-owned company is a five star operation. I will use them for any plumbing or mechanical issue I have in the future.

City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

The service they provided was good. They installed a new water heater for us and hauled away the old one. Cien was our tech and he was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them.

Alexander did a great job repairing a variety of leaks in the house as well as isolating the irrigation and pool fill sytem for the water in ther house. Professional and very tidy work. Would highly recommend.

Contacted Jim to install a water heater. Requested a Bradford which he said he could get and install. After 4 months, had issues with the water heater and after a few days came back out to inspect. Said a couple of the parts went bad and needed to be replaced. Ordered and came back out a few days later with parts and said it would be $400 to replace. Of course I wasn't happy after a 4 month old unit and called the manufacturer and was told labor is covered for 1 year with their contractors. Jim knew this but thought he could just get the going rate for the repair and didn't say anything until I declined the service. He had already started the job and was 10 minutes into it so just left with the heater dismantled. Now the unit is not usable as it was before and I have no hot water for 5-6 days until contractor can come out. Jim will do just about anything for a buck and stated he doesn't do cheap jobs and looks for high end customers. Watch your pocket book as he's out for the money and not your satisfaction.

Everyone from individual who answered the phone to the gentlemen who came out to install my hot water heater were kind, professional, and very good at their jobs. The price was fair, they worked with our schedule, and got the job done quickly and neatly! Would definitely use them again.

I reached out to several local plumbers to replace a water heater at a rental unit of mine. After speaking with several other plumbers, I called Dave Somers Plumbing and s/w Dave. I could tell right away he was knowledgable and seemed honest, so I hired his his company. I had previously worked with different plumbers/handyman types but was looking for a go-to plumber as I have issues that come up reguraly. Dave fit me into schedule quickly and was right on time (bonus: their scheduling/notification system of arrival, completion and invoicing is state of the art and best I have seen), he was able to fix quickly with minimal down time, was extremely easy to deal with and charged reasonable price (not always the case). I highly recommend Dave Somers Plumbing for any large or small jobs and I am very happy to find a plumber I can count on for future jobs. Thanks Dave and Dave Somers Plumbing!

Our plumber, Frank, was early, professional, located the problem quickly, and offered a solution. We'll be calling them again for a new faucet installation.

I called Penguin Air to get a quote on redirecting my condensation line and an A/C tuneup. They called me back within 30 minutes or so, and came out the next day after I set up an appointment.The technician that came out, JD, was very professional, on time and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I would use Penguin Air again in the future.

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Horrible place to work for. Ran by very greedy, heartless, and unsympathetic people, who couldn’t care less about their employees. You’re nothing but a number while working for them. Once you upset them in the slightest way, they will make your life hell while working for them with a target on your back until you quit. They’ll go as far as dig up the past to find an excuse to go after you.

They were extremely helpful in clearly describing what they discovered, the possible roots of the problem, and providing me with the information I needed to begin future repairs and enhancements (and possibly document poor workmanship by a contractor I used earlier). Thank you very much!

Too bad when you buy a product from Mr Rooter the item may be warrantied but there is a nother labor charge to unhook it and take it to be fixed. If I had known it wasn't all one item I would have unscrewed the softener and taken it in myself. $600.00 lesson .
