If I could give 10 stars I would. Zack was the plumber who installed my water heater. Very professional and friendly guy. Did great work. It's hard to find a company you can trust. This is it.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. The cost was affordable and reasonable for quality work, which is what he delivered. After payment, I received a thank you, receipt, and review request via email. From routine plumbing projects like repairing a leak to the complete remodel of our third floor bathroom, all of Bill's work is high quality and performed with attention to detail. The reps who came to inspect a leak were there very briefly, not thorough and promised they would look into getting approved for a more thorough inspection to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, after they left, they wrapped up the claim by reporting there was no issue found, even though the problem was never fixed. Disappointed.

He was also very professional and informative about the issues I was having and was able to quickly resolve the problem and now my garbage disposal works great. I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

Shocked they have a high google rating. Called on a Tuesday to schedule appointment same day but was allegedly booked so scheduled me for Wednesday 3/17/21 for 11 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Confirmed appointment via email after I requested. This morning, I cleared my schedule around their appointment, and waited for 2 hours and they never showed, called or contacted me whatsoever. After calling their office and getting voicemail, I finally get a call from an Anthony at 1:00 p.m., letting me know that they were running late for my 11 a.m. appointment. Really! Thanks for calling 2 hours later to let me know that while I wasted my entire morning and early afternoon waiting for you. Then after I try to explain how a phone call before you are 2 hours late for an appointment would be more advantageous, Anthony hangs up on me and ignores my multiple phone calls back. Apparently, Economy Drain's time is way more valuable than your time.They should spend less money on ads and google ratings and spend some of that money on upgrading their workforce.

Picked up my phone call immediately. Was prompt and attentive and gave me advice on how to prevent further issues. Very helpful would highly recommend.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. They cleaned up all the mess they made and went above and beyond in everything they did.I’m certain to use these guys again for both emergencies and other plumbing and bathroom projects that I have planned. Have used them a couple of times and they have always been quick, polite and professional.

Scheduling was easy and pleasant experience. Shout out to Stephanie! She even called to let me know that the guys would be arriving early. When the guys arrived they went right to it and didn't stop until they found the problem. Mark explained everything and there never was any pressure. He explained what n where and how he would proceed. He also gave us options. We decided to go with getting the pipes to our tub fixed right then and there. The guys went above and beyond in a couple hours... Done! Oh, and did I mention the price was very reasonable. In the past two weeks we had two plumbers come out and each wanted to cut open my kitchen ceiling to get to the tub... Really? I'm so glad I called Mr. Tubs for professionalism, reliability, they are personable, reasonable, have a never give up attitude, not to mention my kitchen ceiling is in tact. You guys are the BEST! Saying bye-bye to those other plumbers. For GOOD!!

The representative was outstanding. He was personable efficient knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a few things about the job he was performing. He answered all and any questions I had.
