After contacting two other plumbers without success. Boss plumbing were able to come out A.S.A.P. Warren & his partner were professional and knowledgeable in what I needed for my basement and outside drain. He also referred me to another company for something else that needed to be done in my basement.

The tech that came out to our home this morning was a Godsend. They sent someone ASAP. I had not had water for two whole days. He was able to find the issue and have it fixed within the hour. I am more than happy with the services I received.

I called Guaranteed Plumbing on Monday morning and was told I would get a call Tuesday morning, and they did not disappoint! There are only about 4 or 5 long time muti-generational plumbing contractors in the Roxborough Manayunk area - I called one of them to repair a shut-off valve leak in a valve BEFORE the water meter - that means the water needs to be shut off from the curb to repair the valve - the plumber I called (one of the more well-known Manayunk guys) came out and reported back that the curb shutoff valve is inoperable and I would need to have the sidewalk excavated to replace the valve - about a $5000 - $8000 job - not to mention having to wait 3-6 weeks to get permits and schedule such a big job - I started calling for estimates for the big job (since my plumber was not set up to for the expensive excavating job) - the 1st contractor I called for an estimate to dig up the sidewalk was Roger Ross Plumbing - I explained the situation to the receptionist (Natasha I think) - super friendly and convinced me to let their people come to check the curb valve again before thinking about digging - she gave me an appointment for the very next day - Dan and Shawn came out the next day as scheduled (on time) and were successful in shutting off the curb valve that the previous contractor said needed to be replaced. Why wasn't the previous very experienced plumber able to shut off the curb valve? We'll never know. With no exaggeration Roger Ross Plumbing and his guys saved me many thousands of dollars and probably a month of restless sleep. I wish I knew of these guys 20 years ago!

Another great job from this company,Especially to Bob who did our shower. Our shower was leaking, no water pressure, and no hot water coming out. The big issue was when we moved in there's no access through the wall. Called Joe and no time he put us on schedule. Bob did a great job cutting and putting access to the wall, and didn't leave no mess at all. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

The only reason this place is getting 4 stars is because James our tech was amazing he was the only one who Seemed to be able to get the job done. The first tech ripped out our wall for no reason and didn’t know what he was doing and the scheduling of this was a total mess. Would only use this company again if James givens was doing the work. He made sure there wasn’t a mess and got the job done quick.
