After Goodman plumbing came out and cleaned out the tree roots from my sewer line, they found the line in the street to be cracked. They submitted a video to my township of the problem. Thanks to Mike. The township repaired the sewer line in the street. Mike and his crew were very professional and responsed to my phone calls in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend them.

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. Deleted my previous 5 star review. andys does not return calls, now uses some kind of horrible outsourced third party answering service. Awful. Literally will not call me back ever. Also, the thermocouple they installed two years ago just went bad. Avoid.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.

To wake up on a 14 degree morning and realize your heater is not working could be beyond stressful. However, I called Brian at 7am and he managed, in between dealing with plumbing and frozen/busted pipe jobs, to repair my heater the same day!!! The day before a snow storm and the expected polar vortex!!! Brians prompt response and repair made the whole situation alot less stressful!!! Couldnt ask for better service! My house is nice and toasty

We had a dishwasher installed they had to install an additional valve for the dishwasher. We had a gentleman named Lewis service our home.
