Great family business. Father and son have been a life saver for us multiple times. First time we used them we had them come out as a second opinion because the first plumber we called said the job was going to be super intense, lengthy and expensive. John neil fixed the issue quickly, was less invasive and much more affordable. That was five years ago and they have been our go to every since .

Nick was awesome! Came out right at 8am and removed and installed a new water heater incredibly quickly and efficiently. He also was great with my dog, who kept trying to get in his way. Thanks again!

I opted for 24/7 emergency service because my kitchen sink drain was clogged and the water in the pipe just wouldn't budge. I was fortunate that John Snyder himself came through and saved the day. My experience was efficient and professional from beginning to ending. I received a call back from his office in a timely manner and after I provided the necessary details for the job, I received a text confirmation within minutes that John would be there with an approximate time. I received another text when he was actually heading my way. He was very personable, polite, and professional, and my kitchen sink drain was clear within an hour of his arrival. These guys are top notch. I’ve had them come out to run new pipes for a sink, leak detection coming from the ceiling of my dining room, toilet flange repair and now faucet installation. Every time they are professional, precise and on time. Their pricing has been very reasonable considering the price of everything right now. And they are always clean and respectful of my home. Used them once and won’t go anywhere else ?

City Plumbing did a great job with replacing my sewer line (including the lateral) due to it being broken in two spots, and causing water to back up into the basement. It only took about a week from their initial inspection until they could secure the permits and start the work. They had a decent sized crew (maybe 5-6 members?) and finished the job in one day.We had some crazy rain storms come in the day afterwards (a Saturday), which caused all of that dirt which was removed and replaced to compact down, and caused a bit of a rut in the street. I was surprised and impressed that they got a two man crew out within maybe an hour or so, to quick fill up the hole with *a lot* of extra stone, just in case it continued to rain.City Plumbing then passed on the concrete work to another company (whose name I didn't write down), but, their work was just as professional. City Plumbing even had one of my neighbor's sidewalk blocks replaced because of a crack that occurred during the sewer line replacement.I am highly impressed with how City Plumbing operates and how reasonable their pricing was (compared to another larger, national company who quoted me at nearly twice the price), and would recommend them to anyone who is in need!

I reached out to KCS for two separate issues at two different times; a leaking toilet and a detached s trap under my bathroom sink. The estimate appointment was simple to make on the website. They responded promptly and clearly communicated. Both times the jobs were done properly and efficiently. They cleaned up and in no time I was back up and running. I truly appreciated the professionalism and care!

I had an emergency on a Sunday and IFixdit came quickly and assessed the problem. They are courteous and professional. I would recommend them. They were also able to recommend someone to help with a secondary issue.

I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

I cannot say enough great things about Economy and their amazing tech Tommy. I had a previous plumber come out to snake a clog due to my tenant using flushable wipes. he was way in over his head and got his snake stuck outside my main sewer and left it there stuck. Economy came and not only saved me atleast $6k and qn excacavation to get the snake out, they actually fixed the clog using their hydro jet!! They used their truck to manually pull the snake out. I would highly recommend them. They saved me thousands of dollars and an insurance claim. Only caused a few hundred dollars which was well worth it.

Came on a holiday weekend. Fixed a bad leak and was so polite. Will always be obliged.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I will not hesitate to use and recommend Joseph's Affordable Plumbing in the future.
